I love these pantyhose. They’re thick enough that they stay opaque. The compression feels so nicem theu fit true to size for a l- xl leggings wearer. Super easy to put on and adjust. Good price. Overall great product

Comfortable supports that last all day
I purchased these pairs of medical compression panties to alleviate moderate varicose veins and leg weariness from standing all day at work. Since the pressure feels solid but not oppressive, even at 20 to 30 mmHg, I was genuinely taken aback by how comfortable they are. They offer excellent support without halting blood flow. I appreciate that these are opaque and footless because they don’t look like “stockings” when worn with flats or sandals. The material is flexible enough to move with me while still being robust and long-lasting. I feel comfortable wearing these under dresses or tunics because they aren’t see-through.

Absolutely love these compression pantyhose!I’ve tried several brands before, but these are by far my favorite. The fit is snug in all the right places without being uncomfortable, and they give me that “secure hug” feeling all day long. It’s like a soft support wrap from my toes to my waist—like wearing pants with a perfectly placed sock spot built in!They help so much with circulation and reduce that heavy-leg feeling, especially during long shifts on my feet. I also love how smooth and sleek they look under clothes—no bunching or weird lines. Honestly, I didn’t expect to be this satisfied, but I’m very, very happy with them.Highly recommend if you’re on your feet a lot, need some support, or just want to feel a bit more put together and energized. ;0)

These really work well. They are very comfortable as well. The compression is just right thwy dont hurt. The length is perfect. After 36 surgeries these are the beat ive found by far.

Thin and cheap
These are thin and not good quality. I wear compression leggings under shorts/ pants every day. Within 15 minutes of first putting these on, I got into my car and felt something wierd and looked down and seen a10 inch run from the crotch down the inside of my leg. I will def not buy waste my money on these again

Support when you need it!
These are excellent quality compression hose! Durable, comfortable, and have great compression quality. They are fairly easy to put on, just takes a little time to shimmy in them. But they provide great pain relief from achy legs caused by circulation problems. I felt like they were true to size.Full discretion: I did end up returning because I have another health condition that makes me numb in certain areas and these aggravated that issue. But it had nothing to do with the quality of these. They just didn’t work with my other health problems. If you have circulation issues or even some neuropathy, I recommend trying these!

Good material but TOO HOT!
They’re quality material, comfortable, good compression but…. They’re extremely warm! I just can’t wear them, the three times I tried I was sweating like being in a sauna, if you’re not sensitive to warm temperatures go for it, for me I think I could only wear them in the winter or very cold air conditioned places 🙁

I was so hopeful with this product. Medical compression can be expensive and I should have known based on price alone. On the fifth wear the gusset ripped and the band started unfurling. I disappointed as these are perfect for the summer being lighter weight and footless. Hopefully, I’ll find something similar that will last longer.
