The fit receives mixed feedback, with some saying they cover up to the thighs while others find them too long. Comfort and durability are also mixed aspects, with some finding them incredibly comfortable and the material durable, while others report discomfort and durability issues. The size and rollability receive negative feedback, with customers noting sizing problems and the pantyhose gathering at the knees. Value for money opinions are divided, with some considering them well worth the price while others find them expensive compared to thigh-high socks.

    Comparing Different Types of Compression
I’ve tried a LOT of different types of compression. As someone with POTS, I wear compression garments literally every day, and I’ve tried lots of different styles, so I thought I’d compare these with other types of compression I’ve tried. This will be a long review, so if you’d like to read just about these tights, scroll to the end. I hope the info will be helpful for some!Compression Socks:Pros: the most cost-effective (you can buy a pack of 8 from CharmKing for $26), most stylish (lots of patterns to choose from, so you can pick based on your own style), and coolest (I live in the South and have to wear compression every day, but also struggle with heat sensitivity. Compression socks are definitely the best option for me for temperature control).Cons: least amount of compression coverage (they only go up to the knee, so they don’t help with knee or thigh pain).Overall, I love compression socks. I’ve worn them all day every day for over a year. I’ll definitely always have them in rotation.Thigh-high compression:Footless:Pros: Covers up to the thighs, so great for pain in knees/thighs. These tend to look more like leggings, so I felt like most people didn’t realize I was wearing compression.Cons: uncomfortable- I found having no compression on my feet led to my feet going numb, and the suction on the tops to keep them in place was often uncomfortable. These also tend to wear out quickly, since they have to be tight at the tops to stay in place, once the band stretches out it’s hard to keep them on. If you buy them in black, they tend to absorb the heat on sunny days, but the other colors tend to look a lot like medical clothing. Much more expensive than knee-high compression socks, but about the same as compression tights.Overall: I wouldn’t buy the footless thigh-highs again mostly because they didn’t have any compression in the feet and I couldn’t stand having numb feet all of the time.Open-toe:Pros: Covers up to the thighs so great for knee and thigh pain. More comfortable than footless.Cons: Basically the same as footless but without the issue of my feet going numb.Overall: I used to wear these every day before I switched to knee-high compression socks. I wouldn’t go back to these because they are more expensive than knee-high options and much less comfortable.Compression Pantyhose:Pros: incredibly comfortable (almost as comfortable as knee-high socks. I was worried they would be too tight on the abdomen, but they actually fit about like normal tights on the stomach, so not uncomfortable), best coverage (love having compression all the way up my legs, it feels so nice having coverage on my knees and thighs!)Cons: **edited to add** if you have sensory issues, be aware that there is a seem along the toes. It is by far my least favorite thing about these** not good for temperature control/ coolness (if you get them in black, they definitely absorb a lot of sunlight and can get hot really quickly in the summer.) More expensive than thigh-high socksOverall: I LOVE these! I just got them yesterday, but I will be wearing them a lot. I will definitely keep my knee-high socks to wear on warmer days and on days when my thighs and knees aren’t in too much pain; but I love the option of more coverage for days when I need more compression. These are incredibly comfortable and I really love not having the issues with keeping them in place that I had with thigh-high compression. Also, I particularly liked the option to buy a 2-pack as the price was a bit better than buying just one pair.Do make sure you follow the measurements guide! These are meant to be tight, so getting the right size is super important. I was in between two sizes based on my measurements, so I opted to go with the larger size.I’ll definitely be buying more of these and would recommend them. If I lived in a cooler climate, I’d likely wear these every day.

    The size wasn’t fit
Everything was good, however, the size wasn’t.I have my prescription from my doctor and it says Medium size, with you guys Medium size it’s too big and long for me. I have to used an Small size.My prescription says “SIZE: Ankle 9″, Calf 16″, Thigh 22” – MEDIUM – Compression Stoking a knee 20-30mmHg (Thigh-High).I bought 1 pairs of socks to another seller, and so far it’s good, fits perfectly perfectly fine and I order them size “Medium” but wit you guys, didn’t work.Anyways, it’s a very good quality this product that’s for sure. Thank you for everything. If you guys have a size Small please let me know, I couldn’t see it on your post, thanks

    Very Pleased
I bought these to help with some knee pain and swelling in the feet and ankles from medication I am taking and these tights are great. I call them tights because they are heavier, completely opaque, have stronger seams and are sewn with the toes and heel in mind. The best way I can describe them is they are basically a compression sock in weight, texture, and material, that runs up your entire leg.Sizing seems to be true to their chart. I am 5’9”, 180 lbs, 9” ankle, 14” calf, 24” thigh so I bought the X-Large. They are a bit odd where the compression ends at the top of the leg as it creates a bit of a “bulge” and a few other reviews have stated the same, but for me I don’t find it to be an issue.Color of the beige is very “milky” so they don’t make for a good skin tone match. Combine that with the weave and look very much like an orthopedic stocking. The black on the other hand just looks like tights or socks making it a better color choice for my needs. Lastly, the heavy weight could be uncomfortable in warmer summertime weather but for now temperatures are cooler and they are fine.So far I’ve worn them for a week and am really impressed. The price for the quality and fit is excellent versus the other products I have tried.

    compression stockings
These compression stockings have greatly surprised me: from the first use, my legs feel lighter and more comfortable. If you work standing up, I recommend them

Good material, but to long and size is not very accurate.
The pantyhose material is good, and I think it could do a good job, but even do I follow the size chart, the pantyhose are so long and a little big on me. When I walk, they start rolling down, so much for the compression, they gather on my knees and it feels uncomfortable and not a good look.

They do not fit accurately causing more pain.
I purchased these to help with my spider veins. Specialist recommended this level of compression. Seemed hard to get on at first like any other stocking, except these just did not fit correctly and they would roll in at the knees leaving me marked and in so much pain. I still gave them both another shot (I purchased the pack of black and nude) and instead tried rolling them up to where my inner thigh meets and OMG after an hour at work I felt like I was being sawed through by them I had to take them off right away. Not a great experience, I personally believe these are NOT a proper medium at least Not for me. Waist of $
