Quality Medical Alert Necklace
This really is a nice quality Medical Alert Necklace. Some reviews noted that it is a bit heavy to wear for long term use. Myself, I appreciate the thickness and solid feel of the tag and chain. I suppose if one is small in stature or in a weakened condition, then the weight might be a slight inconvenience. I requested my name to be engraved on the front side and medical details on the backside. The tag itself is highly polished, custom engraving is perfectly spaced & fairly deep and fully legible.The beaded chain is solid and the clasp appears to be of quality as well. I got the 28″ chain which is perfect length for an adult male. If considering a shorter length chain, do your own measuring before ordering so there are no complaints thereafter…it wont be the sellers fault if it doesn’t fit.Same with the engraving, do a double-check of your spelling/content before ordering, because what you order is what you will receive. When I entered what I wanted for custom engraving, I added a blank space before and after each new line of content…this ensures the engraving will not be at the very edges of the tag. I read comments from similar medical tag sellers that this was an issue sometimes…so, to avoid that possibility with this seller is why I added the two extra spaces. Was this overkill? I dunno, but I did it anyway and I’m happy with the results.In the end, I received a perfectly spaced and fully legible medical alert tag/necklace that appears will last many years of 24/7 use.

Great Medic Alert Necklace
Im 63 and love to go on long bike rides. I fell one day and got to thinking, if I go crashing in to a ditch and can’t speak for myself, this would be a handy way for someone to know who to call. The engraving came out correct and I feel safer wearing it on my rides.

Very sturdy medallion with lots of room for important medical information like medications, medical conditions, emergency contacts, blood type etc…Engraving is perfect and an attractive chain plus a wallet card comes with the item.I suggest getting a longer chain 26″ or more so you can easily pull it over your head rather than using the clasp every time. I also suggest purchasing 2 or more since you might want a second tag for your key chain or as a replacement.A very nice item that could impact your health should you become incapacited or unconscious.

One of the most important purchases I have made and one of the best!
I now have a heart stent and carrying around the card is sometimes difficult so I decided on a medical alert necklace. After deliberating the different custom items I decided on this the BBX JEWELRY 20 to 28 Inches Men’s Medical Alert ID Necklace. I am glad I did. It arrived today and just the weight of the little jewelry bag told me that I was going to be pleased. The first thing I did was to make sure that spelling and phone numbers were correct and they were. The next thing was the quality of the engraving and I was pleased to see that it was engraved not just printed. The necklace itself is thick and the chain seems to be good quality. Even though it took a while to get it it is well worth the wait. I am very pleased with this purchase. If for some reason I need another I will use this company.

Sturdy, easy to read ID necklace
Sturdy necklace with easy to read text. Chain and emblem are heavier than most and stronger. It often hangs behind my head instead of in front for some reason.
