Good product, amazing customer service.
The product is good. My customer service experience has been outstanding.I attached this diffuser to my main air handler in my house. It worked alright, but I needed to route the lines a little better. I did that, but they wouldn’t stay out. So, I needed to get more of the clear rubber tubing.I bought this item and needed replacement pieces 5 months later and they sent them with no issues and with no charge. If I ever need to get another diffuser, I’ll go with this company. Hands down, easy and no hassle customer service.This diffuser uses an app for control. The app is good; it gets the job done. You can adjust rest times, time for expelling the oil and what days it works on. You can also select different schedules. The basics of customization are covered.The clear tubing has a slightly larger OD diameter than what is commercially available. We’re talking .001 of an inch. It makes a difference because the oil will leak from between the tubing and the fitting on the diffuser if it isn’t the right size.I have about an 1800 square foot house and this diffuser fills the house. It’s not overpowering or even close. It’s a good fit.If you don’t get this diffuser from them, by a different one, but go with this company. Their customer service makes everything much easier to deal with.

Amazing for the price
It works very well, looks great, has enough capacity to last a long time, and it’s simple to install. It works on a timer with a schedule that is infinitely modifiable. It’s almost silent and I can smell the scent everywhere, even on the lowest setting. Only caveat is that the HVAC fan must be running so make sure that’s configured correctly.The only improvement I’d recommend is WiFi, as even though it has a long range relative to other Bluetooth devices, it’s still limited. Also, it would be great if it could alert when it runs out of oil. Otherwise, it is a great device for the price.

For anyone that wants a fresh, amazing smelling house in every possible corner of your home, look no further and buy an Aromadd!Very easy and quick to install. Took me minutes to attach it to my AC unit. The device is very easy to set up the amount of scent that is perfect for your house and even has an internal fan to help distribute the scent even when your air handler isn’t running.The available scents all smell so amazing that it makes it hard to chose, but the pumpkin spice smells like fall and is my favorite and my better half loves the Ritz Carlton scents.Minutes after installing the unit, our entire house had a fresh and lovely scent without having to deal with air fresheners, candles, or other room specific items.One 500 ml bottle of scent goes a very long way. We have a 2800 sqft house and have the unit set to moderate scent and after a month, are still on our first bottle!And if the unit being amazing wasn’t enough, the customer service makes it even better. There was a small hairline crack in my oil bottle. They were quick to respond and resolved the issue very quickly.I could not be happier with this purchase and cannot recommend it enough.Trust me, buy one, you will thank me!

Nice Machine. Scent Options & Sizes Lacking
Works well in the main rooms on the 1st floor, but I don’t think it will fill my whole (1900 sq ft) 2 story house w/out connecting to HVAC. I had it going pretty strong for a day and it’s been another day now on moderate, but hasn’t drifted upstairs yet.Downsides:(maybe just my own confusion), but if you can only connect to central air, what happens for those of us that live in places where AC isn’t used year round? I’d only get use out of it for 4-5 mths. a year.Also, I wish Aromadd offered more than 3 scents AND smaller bottles. Buying $50 scents online w/out smelling first is hard. I bought a “hotel” sampler from another brand w/ glowing reviews… didn’t like any of them. Broke down & got the smallest option of Santal for $50. It smells great, so that’s a plus. Hopefully it lasts a while (not holding my breath, it filled up 10% of the tank). There’s only 2 other scents on their page: The Hotel and White Tea & another: 24 Celestial, found in Amazon search results only. Some reviews mention Ritz Carlton being the best; I haven’t seen it anywhere. Maybe they rotate seasonally.It’d be nice to have a wider selection, offered in sample sizes. Even a scratch and sniff would be great!

It works well and affordable
This product was very easy to assemble, looks fantastic and works well. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this to anyone, it covers my entire home with great fragrances immediately. Very low noise from the machine, design very sleek and modern. Definitely a great buy for your buck.
