I’ve been having back pain and leg pain and have tried many different options. But this 24 mode tense unit did the job with so many functions. I got immediate relief after a few minutes. The tense unit is very easy to use and gives you many different settings that are easy to change. Comes with multiple reusable sticky pads that stay in place. Battery lasts all day. The pain relief is amazing.

Works well for pain
This is the best stimulator as per my husband! He says it’s really helped with his pain and actually works. It’s really easy to use and comes with alot of extra attachments that can be switched easy and also reused. I really like all the modes on it and it works really well! The pads stick well and and it’s very easy to take with whenever.

Decent options on this TENS, EMS & MASS device, but could use better instructions
I got this to see if it can replace my older unit I use as this new BHK-TENS one has various features that sound better:Pros:- Rechargeable via USB-C port (No need to purchase and waste batteries!)- Can control 4 pads (2 ports with 2 outputs)- 3 Main modes:1. TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation): Primary use -> Pain relief2. EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) – Primary use: Muscle Strengthening3. MASS – Primary Use: Deeper muscle activation or “body shaping”- 8 options in each mode- Pause function- Lock button- Backlit display- Increase/Decrease strength for each outputCons:- Instruction booklet doesn’t describe main modes or what each submode does and doesn’t explain what the “pad-sticking board” is supposed to be used for- Could use a clip on the back so you can more easily carry it around without having to shove it into your pocket, but it does have a “lock mode” so it doesn’t change settings while in your pocketOverview:It works well and I like some of the features, but the output modes are a bit confusing as to what the differences are and do and it’s not described at all in the manual, so it’s all trial and error. It doesn’t seem to have pulse modes or changing modes like my older unit has and I miss that. Can’t beat a price and a quality . I’ve been having back pain and nothing works to help. Friend told about it and first I was skeptical since it’s pretty affordable price and delivery fast but I am not disappointed at all! Felt relive after few uses. Instructions are so easy to follow . Love it

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This TENS unit works surprisingly well. I was skeptical at first, but I tried it out and it was pretty good.I used to get PT on my shoulder and I was hooked up to one of these unit, but a professional, medical machine.This small, light, hand held unit does the same thing as that big, complicated, medical unit, at least it feels the same.This one is not as sensitive but it gets to where I need it relatively quickly. I only need to set it to 5 or 6 and it’s good. I could easily feel it and it’s surprisingly powerful. I sorta wonder how it would do on the higher settings.It has patterns and a timer which is nice. I just let it go through it’s pattern and it felt like my PT session. My physical therapist used an ice wrap as well so I might do that the next time I use this.I don’t plan to use this everyday, as my therapist stated I shouldn’t, every other day, or one or two days of rest in between sessions.Will try the other settings as well.This unit does take some time to setup and can be a little involved but wasn’t that difficult for me but I’ve been through this before.Might be too much for some to try. Don’t know about the instructions either.This unit will definitely need more testing.Will see how well this unit works over time. Will update if anything happens.
