Its my first time using a weighted heating pad and I love it. The weight makes the heat penetrate evenly and provides a cozy feeling. The controller is simple and easy to read. It has an option of 10 different temperature settings. It also turns off automatically with the timer option of 2, 4, or 8 hours. I like to use it on my abdomen for cramps or for lower back pain. I would love to take it with me traveling but it takes up too much space and weight.
