So useful! Very sticky
I’m so glad I got these. An immediate use was putting a dot on the Start (30s) button on my microwave so I didn’t have to turn on a light just to heat my heating pad in the middle of the night. I also have a craft lamp with a button that is even with the base and it hard to push in — not any more! Put a dot on it and it’s easy peasy. As someone else mentioned, these are also going in my cabinets on the doors for a softer close.

Multiuse
My friend needs to tactile identifiers to help her function in her home. She has been identified legally blind and has experienced visual impairment most of her life. I ordered a 245 piece set of Assorted Styles Adhesive Bump Dots for Visually Impaired, from the Draupnir Store. Low Vision Aids Tactile Stickers can be used as Braille Bump Stickers for Blind, and tactile stickers for individuals with visual impairments such as low vision, glaucoma, blindness and macular degeneration. The bump dots are made of silicone, which feels smooth and soft, and has no smell. This sticker will only stick on smooth surfaces such as paper, metal, glass, plastic, mirrors, etc. (If the surface is too rough, it will affect its adhesion.) The 245 dots come in a plastic storage box and are divided into 7 sheets. They come in 2 shapes, 1)circular shapes of different forms and 2)square, and come in seven different colors. These silicone dots bring accessibility to everyday items, such as remote, microwave ovens, washing machines, buttons, light switches, keyboards, all identifiable through touch. I have found many uses like using the clear dot between my cabinet door and frame to soften the closure. (The cabinets came with a silicone dot, but need replacements.) I’ve even used a few dots to decorate craft items too. I am using my box of Assorted Styles Adhesive Bump Dots and will recommend Draupnir with 5 stars.

Adhesive needs strengthening, and needs variety in more than color
While there is a nice variety of colors of dots, I wish they were varied in shape and size. Like some small round ones, etc. My need was smaller dots for small buttons on electronic items. These proved too big, plus the adhesive is not nearly strong enough to get a good grip.

Nice silicone bump dots
These are some nice quality bump dots that are great for marking various household items. For someone that is blind, you should know that these are colored and have six different identifiable textures that I can tell that are included. They are not all the same size and should fit most of your needs for marking. The glue on the back of the silicone dots seems to work well at staying in place and also come off without leaving residue or a backing. For low vision users I think they’ll appreciate the contrasting colors. These can definitely help someone with visual impairments access their tools quicker and more efficiently.

Thoughtfully Designed and Extremely Helpful for Low Vision Users
This 245-piece set of bump dots is an excellent assistive product for anyone who is blind or visually impaired, including elderly individuals with low vision. The variety of shapes, sizes, and textures makes this set very versatile—you can easily find the right bump dot for different surfaces and purposes, whether it’s marking buttons on a microwave, differentiating between light switches, or labeling medication bottles. The adhesive is strong enough to hold well on most smooth surfaces like plastic, metal, or glass, but not so aggressive that it damages them. The dots are easy to apply, and they stay in place even with frequent use. The tactile feel is distinct enough to be easily recognizable by touch, without being too obtrusive or bulky. What stands out most is the thoughtful range of options—there are flat dots, domed dots, and several sizes, which allow for a personalized system depending on the user’s needs. This makes everyday tasks much easier and safer for those with vision impairments. It’s a simple but impactful aid that brings real value and independence to daily life. Highly recommended for caregivers, families, or anyone supporting a visually impaired loved one.
