I really appreciate it the cooling beads on one side and the softness on the other side of these masks. I have used them both during recovery, but especially like the one with the eye holes. It is easy to use with the Velcro closure and it stays in place. It is super comfortable and will probably buy more in other colors. They just really feel good on!

They are exactly as described, but the problem is that they don’t conform to your face after being frozen. They just sit on your facial bones and don’t actually reach the skin under the eyes where they’re needed, unless you press them down and hold them in place. You’d be better off getting those squishy gel pads that are more pliable and can mold around your bone structure for a better cooling effect.
