This muscle stimulator is compact, easy to use, and works great for relieving sore muscles. The unit has plenty of modes and intensity levels so it is easy to adjust for different areas like shoulders, back, and legs. The large screen is clear and makes switching settings simple.I like that it comes with multiple electrode pads so I can target more than one area at a time. The dual channels are especially useful for treating two spots simultaneously. It charges quickly, holds a good charge, and is light enough to take anywhere. A handy and effective tool for pain relief and muscle recovery.

Tense unitTense unitI have suffered for many years with back pain and I can say this was by far the best purchase ever it is wireless which in the past all the other 10 units that I have purchased have wires everywhere and they get tangled and you can’t really wear it while walking around ,this tense unit being wireless makes it easy to just put in your pocket while your back is getting relief. It also has a clip to hook on to your belt so you still have your pockets for other uses. It has 18 different modes and 8 pads so it can cover several pain spots at one time. This has been a life changer I can wear it to work, while I’m shopping and no one can see it.

As someone who swears by running, silk pillowcases, and magnesium baths, I didn’t expect a TENS machine to feel… elevated. There are multiple settings, from a gentle pulse to a deep massage-like intensity- my husband loves it too!! Def a must have in your self care routine!

a nice kit to have
This tens kit is a handy tool to have. It has a lot of different settings to get you to your desired comfort level easily. I like how it is rechargeable and has a battery level indicator. Recharging via our phone USB-C charger is a great idea. The pads are easy to apply and the extended cord gives a good amount length. I do like the small size so it’s easy to take with you. It’s easy to use with very obvious buttons and settings to cycle through.

Very Versatile And Relaxing
The KRL.CARE 3-in-1 TENS Unit Muscle Stimulator comes with a 17.5″ Type C USB charging cable. The display uses an animated battery symbol to indicate charging is in effect, as well as the level of charge. This unit holds a charge for a long time and many massage cycles.The control unit is thick for easy handling. It also has a handy belt hook on the back which allows me to walk around during a massage if needed. The display is very clear and easy to understand. The controls are intuitive and even a TENS beginning can start using this device quickly. The user manual is thorough and well written if more information is needed.The TENS unit comes with 2 dual-end cables and 4 pairs of gel pads in 2 sizes. I like that this TENS unit uses pins and sockets to attach the cables to the pads instead of metal snaps. This also make it easier to use this TENS units with other sourced pads and attachments that typically have socket connections. I have used this unit successfully with vagus nerve clips and large dual-electrode gel pads.For those who haven’t used a TENS unit before, it doesn’t feel like an electrical shock. It feels like a strong vibration just under the skin. It can take a little longer to get set up than a massage belt, but once the gel pads are in place the massage is actually very relaxing and easy to adjust. The intensity can be stepped up gradually to a comfortable level, from gentle to strong. Each time a new mode is selected, the intensity level resets to zero to prevent any surprises.This TENS unit has 3 modes, 28 preset programs, and 40 intensity levels, although I have never used this TENS unit anywhere near level 40. I usually stay under 15 for most uses. The only downside with this TENS unit is there is no way to modify the frequency and pulse width directly. If I want a specific frequency and pulse width, I search through the presets and select the one that is closest.I like these TENS units because they are so much easier than holding a massager in place for an extended period. Just attach a couple of gel pads on either side of the muscle to be massaged and let the TENS unit go through its cycle. The different modes, programs and intensity levels are much more varied than a motorized massager or vibrator can support. There is nothing better for a strain or pulled muscle.
