My Wife loves it!
I bought this to replace a 15 year old frame that finally died. The quality is fantastic – clear detailed pictures with nice bright colors. The Frameo software is very easy to use and works well – zero complaints. Setup was a breeze. I like that it shuts off and back on at a pre-set times, and displays the time and basic weather info. It looks great to boot with the black frame and the white border. Highly recommended.

Great quality frame and easy to use
I bought this for my mom for Christmas so that we could share photos with her. She loves the fact that we can send pictures from our phone and they pop up on her frame. It is very easy to use and the app is easy to navigate as well. It is a good size frame and has great picture quality. When I purchased this, I thought it might be a wireless frame. Unfortunately, it is a plug-in frame, but that worked out better anyway. Overall, very happy with this purchase!

Perfect gift!
Best idea to get those thousands of photos off your phone where you can view them daily and reminisce!I needed a gift for my mom who lives 6 hours away. This was definitely one of her favorite gifts I’ve given her.Great picture quality and user friendly. Easy to upload photos from the app. You can only upload 10 at a time without paying for premium/plus but it’s not a deal breaker.I am able to send photos directly to her frame all at the comfort of my home or states away during a trip. Where ever the frame sits, you do need wifi to receive the photos but you do not need wifi on your phone to send. Wifi for the sender does help it send faster but it’s not required.I like how customizable it is. You can adjust how long you look at a photo, how you want the frame to sit, brightness level, sleep timer, and you can even put captions/descriptions on each photo (you do this when sending). If you’re looking for a gift or something for yourself, this is a great buy!

Great frame, app, screen!
Frame was a good size for me. Picture quality great. Easy to set up, like the setting options available for display and times. Easy to send a photo over to frame, like the ability to Title is also. I have not attempted yet to use a micro SD card to include more photos. Overall, very pleased with purchase.

Good display, easy to use, but lacks subfolders to separate photos into useful collections
This Frameo digital frame replaced an ancient Brookstone model that I have used for 20 years. That one was only 640×480 resolution, but this new one is 1280×800. (I had to figure this out for myself, it’s not detailed in the printed user manual that is otherwise very useful). I re-scale me frame images to the precise resolution of the frame, so it would be helpful if the native resolution had been noted in the user manual. The normal resolution for displays in this category of “HD” is 1280×720, so the frame must be set to not vertically stretch photos to fill the frame. If not set properly, circles will appear as ovals. It would be better to have the default set to maintain the proper aspect ratio of each image. The frame has a setting to determine how the surrounding area of a non-stretched photo will appear. The choices include black as well as a color that suits the overall tone of each photo. The setup process to send images via phone was simple and fast. I sent a sample photo from my phone and it appeared in the frame in just a few seconds.I then connected the frame to my computer via USB so I could transfer my screensaver folders. I copied my screensaver folders into a top level older named DCIM as noted in the user manual. I was pleased that the multi-Gb transfer moved very quickly. But then my disappointment began.Turns out that although the frame has 32G of memory, ALL of the photos to be viewed must be stored in the single top level folder DCIM. I have thousands of photos in my collection, separated into folders based on people, places, events, etc. My ancient Brookstone frame could display all the photos in all subfolders, or from only one subfolder. This new Frameo frame can hold images in subfolders, but they can’t be viewed unless moved into the main image folder using a USB connection to a computer. To me, having 32G of photos in one huge folder is a very poor design choice. Also, although the frame supports an external SD card, the frame cannot display images directly from the card. The image files must be transferred from the SD into internal memory. My old Brookstone supported image display directly from everal types of external memory, including SD and USB sticks. So having a few USB sticks with images for specific occasions was a simple and low cost solution. But with the Frameo, manual transfer of external images is required every time they are used.I know enough about small computers and programming to appreciate how little effort it would take to design the frame to use subfolders and or external memory. I contacted the company and received a prompt response explaining that subfolders are not available but would be a useful update. I doubt it will happen, but maybe one day a firmware update will provide what I consider to be a basic feature for a 32GB digital photo frame.Otherwise, it’s a nice frame considering the low cost. But with a few tweaks it could be much better.

Great for grandparents
Got two of these for our grandmothers. They are both 90s and are unbelievably easy to use. Family members just sent the pictures and they just get to look at them! Bigger screen than if we sent to the phone too. Can also send short videos but the sound sometimes can be startling to them if they are home alone and they hear someone randomly talk. 🙂 Great photo frame!

Quality Product
Setup was easy and frame is working beautifully for my family. App took a little practice but pretty user friendly overall. Nice product for a reasonable price.

A beautiful gift for my husband’s office!
I got this digital photo frame for my husband to keep on his desk at the office, and he absolutely loves it. It was super easy to set up, and uploading photos is as simple as sending a text. I can send him pictures of our kids, our dog, or even just sweet little moments from home while he’s at work—it really makes his day.The screen is bright and clear, and the frame itself looks sleek and modern. I love that I can update it remotely from anywhere. It’s the perfect way to stay connected during the day.If you’re looking for a meaningful and practical gift for someone you love, this is it!

This frame lives up to its ad, great picture, easy to use, easy to setup. To top it off though This frame is incredibly robust, my kids have dropped it from heights upwards of 4′ off the ground multiple times, stepped on it, slammed it on tables and it still works. The frame itself has popped apart but it snaps together no problem and keeps on going. If you have small kids and are worried about it surviving, dont worry it will.

Easy to use. Great picture quality. Just as advertised. App is easy to use so you can just send pictures seamlessly. Convenient that you can connect to multiple frames as well.

Easy to set up and use , really like how easy it was to set up and use ( you need WI Fi connection )Just download the app and follow directions. Easy and quick to send photos to the frame from phone and tablet you can give friends and family your frame code and they can send you pictures as well . Unlimited storage is nice . The pictures scroll automatically and the frame can support short video clips with sound (15 sec or less). The frame also will shut itself off at 11 pm and come back on automatically in the morning ( 7am I believe is the time ) The pictures can be basically adjusted on the screen for position of a face or more important part of the photo to be centered.
