I have never purchased an eye mask before, but I love this one. I have only used it in a cool state. My recommendation is not to put it in the freezer. It’s plenty cold enough in the refrigerator and it lasts for a long time. If you put it in the freezer, it’s gonna be way too cold to put on your face. But it fits perfectly and it’s comfortable and it works great.

Comfortable mask that reduces puffiness and blocks out light
I ordered the Tolaccea 3D Cooling Sleep Mask to use when I have puffy eyes from allergies or lack of sleep. Since all my other eye masks are somewhat light and thin, I was curious to try out this cool weighted mask.The fabric with the gel on this mask is soft, squishy and very comfortable. Because it is large and thick, it does a nice job blocking out light and the adjustable straps help fit any sized head. In addition, the extra space carved out for the eyes adds comfort since it allows space to blink.The mask arrived with directions but they were general instructions for all the companies’ products. You can find specific information on the Amazon website which suggests freezing for 2 hours and heating for 20 seconds in the microwave. The included directions also recommended using damp cloth for cleaning and not machine washing.The option to freeze or warm this mask up in the microwave is a plus, but the fabric is already cool to the touch without having to place it in the freezer. If I want it to be cooler, I put it in the refrigerator instead.Overall, this is a good quality mask that works well to block out light and reduce eye puffiness.

This sleep mask is absolutely great however one small issue. It is a little bit too heavy. If it were lighter it would be perfect. It provides a nice cooling mask for your face and is very comfortable aside from the weight. Its a great value for the money and it fits well.

There are several things I like about this Tolaccea Double Coldfocus Gel 3D Cooling Sleep Mask. It’s simple and comfortable to wear, with the adjustable strap in the back and a nice hollowed-out section so you can blink and not squish your eyelashes. The gel part that rests against your face is squishy and soft, and it does a really good job blocking out the light. You can use it as a normal sleeping mask. And I really like that you can either use it cold, to reduce eye puffiness, or hot, to relieve eye strain. This comes with directions that mention adding liquid gel packs, but I think that must refer to one of their other products, as they sell them for many different parts of the body. Also not sure how you’d use this on a plane, since you’d need access to a freezer or microwave. But for home use, it’s great.There are a couple tricks I learned through trial and error. I left it in the freezer overnight, which caused it to actually be too cold against my skin and a tad rigid (especially the outer part). It’s better to just chill it for an hour or two before wearing. As for heating, less is more, and you can overdo that, too. I started with 30 seconds in my microwave, which is a pretty weak older microwave, then flipped it over for another 10 seconds. That was PLENTY warm for a relaxing session, and the heat lasted quite a while. It created a moist heat that really felt relaxing on my eyes.

Keeps Out The Light
Good item to have around the house. I prefer to keep it in the fridge rather than the freezer because for me, it just gets too cold in the freezer. This mask has a nice long adjustable strap and it adjusts very easily. I like that you can use it cold or hot. I have not had to use it yet for a headache. It seems to keep out light very well, contours well to my eye area. Seems comfortable enough to wear all night just as a regular sleep mask as well. Easy, simple product. Glad to have this for when I need it.

It had a conformable fit with the thick straps and provided a God amount of pressure to serve my purposes. I don’t use mine to sleep in. I freeze it and use it as a cooking mask. I lay back on the sofa with it and do like 5min on then 2-3 min off. It leaves my face with a very refreshed feeling.

Great to relieve migraines
Headache relief was never easier.I get migraines, my husband gets stress headaches and this is a huge help. When the light hurts and my head hurting makes anything impossible, this helps so much. My migraines don’t incapacitate me as long and sometimes even go away when I use this. I can lay down in any room and don’t have to hide under my blankets to get the dark I need. The cold is exactly where I need it without too much pressure or constant readjusting. My husband likes his recliner for sinus headaches and this lets him use it without disturbing anyone else.The mask is well made and the fabric has a great texture. Texture is a huge problem for me when I have a migraine. Every change, every seam, every variation can be felt. This is smooth and consistant thoughout.I highly recommend this to anyone who gets ‘face pain’.

Je passe souvent mes journées devant l’ordinateur pour des raisons de travail et je suis souvent atteint de maux de têtes ou de migraines à force de me concentrer sur un écran. J’ai décidé d’essayer ce masque pour voir ce qu’il en ressort.- Le choix des matériaux me semble très bon. Ça semble être ultra durable dans le temps. Je pense facilement pouvoir l’utiliser pour au moins plusieurs années à moins de le percer par accident.- Excellent support coussiné en bas pour la zone près du nez donc ça repose super bien sur le visage.- Des sortes de réservoirs carrés au devant du masque font penser à des mini sacs de gel dur et autour du visage à l’intérieur du masque … c’est du gel plus mou mais très froid qui garde assez longtemps la fraicheur lui aussi. C’est très ingénieux comme façon de penser le produit. C’est comme si le gel extérieur garde plus frais le gel contour mou.- L’effet est très apaisant et j’adore me coucher avec ça sur mes yeux. Je trouve que ça apaise mes migraines et maux de tête.- Aucune lumière ne passe pour moi avec ce masque sur mes yeux. Je dors mieux dans le noir complet pour ma part donc c’est excellent.En conclusion :Oui , c’est assez dispendieux mais le standard de qualité est tellement bon et l’effet de fraicheur dure tellement longtemps que je donne le bénéfice du doute et un prix autour de 80$ pour un produit aussi haut de gamme ne me scandalise pas. Je pense que pour quelqu’un qui cherche un produit durable dans le temps et vraiment efficace , c’est un très bon choix.

Après quelques semaines d’utilisation, ce masque occultant est devenu mon meilleur allié lors de mes siestes et nuits à proximité d’une veilleuse.Etant particulièrement sensible à la luminosité lors de mes phases de sommeil, je cherchais une solution qui me permettent d’être dans la pénombre totale alors que je suis en cododo avec une veilleuse. Ce masque répond parfaitement à ce besoin.Le gros plus de ce masque est qu’il est doté de gel restituant de la chaleur ou du froid en fonction de l’utilisation que nous en faisons. Ayant un terrain légèrement migraineux, l’utilisation de masque après un passage au frigo fait des merveilles.La présence de gel alourdit le masque et fournit un espace appréciable pour les cils qui ne sont pas compressés.Pour conclure ce masque est un incontournable pour moi, il m’accompagne en déplacement et aide à m’apaiser à domicile aussi.

Die Tolaccea Augenmaske ist sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die um die Augenpartie gerne mal Kühlung (oder auch Wärme) mögen. Wir benutzen die Maske tendenziell eher zum kühlen, da wir öfter mal mit geschwollenen/gereizten Augenpartien sowie Migräne zu tun haben, aber auch die Wärmeanwendung kann ich jedem dringend ans Herz legen mal auszuprobieren, insbesondere da man hier bei dieser Maske natürlich keine “Vorsichtsaspekte” hat, wie bei elektrisch beheizten Masken.Besonders hervorzuheben ist aus meiner Sicht der Aspekt, dass hier der äußere Ring hervorgehoben ist und die Maske so nur bei äußerem Druck auf den Augen aufliegt.Da meine Tochter öfter mal Probleme damit hat ihre Augen geschlossen zu halten ist das auch bei ihr sehr willkommen. Ich muss aber sagen, dass man wirklich so gar nichts mehr sieht, wenn man die Maske auf hat. Auch in dieser Hinsicht sticht die Augenmaske so manche “normale” Schlafmaske deutlich aus, wo man ja doch meist noch ein wenig durch sehen kann.Qualitativ hat man hier ein Top-Produkt, das dann eben in der Konsequenz die derzeit aufgerufenen 24,99 € auch durchaus wert ist. Me encantan este tipo de mascarillas y ha sido todo un descubrimiento. Cuando me duele la cabeza me la pongo y me quedo super relajado; sobre todo si sufres de migrañas, viene genial. Se puede usar fría poniéndola previamente en el congelador o un poco caliente, aunque incluso a temperatura normal se nota un frescor muy agradable que ayuda a relajarte. Además, pesa bastante, lo que da sensación de presión suave y reconfortante.Las gomas se adaptan perfectamente a la forma de la cabeza y cierra totalmente, sin dejar ningún hueco por donde entre luz, así que te la pones y desconectas del mundo por completo. Me ha encantado y lo recomiendo totalmente: va muy bien tanto para dolores de cabeza como para momentos de ansiedad; al menos yo me siento super relajado cada vez que me la pongo.
