If you ever had TENS stimulation, then you know how it feels. This one works just like the professional ones and it gives you choices of difficulty, types of stimulation and you control it. It has helped my pain and I usually use it at the end of a day but its’ so portable, you can use it anytime and anywhere. I love that it is battery charged via USB.

It is a good TENS machine. The massage works the best tbh. It is kind of temperamental, I’ve had it turn one or both channels off randomly. Or if you are trying to find the right setting, it will start, stop and reset itself. It’s not all the time but still could do without that.

The battery is rechargeable and does not last much, only a few days of constant use. Had other units with regular batteries which lasted much longer. It is also more costly than other brands.

I had no trouble putting it together; the box came with a full twelve electrode pads, and the directions were easy to understand, so I was able to get started without any misunderstanding. It is my opinion that the dual-channel capability is very helpful since it enables me to concurrently target two separate locations, such as my shoulders and my lower back. I am able to tailor each session to my particular requirements on any given day thanks to the massage and muscle stimulation alternatives that are available to me. For instance, I utilize the Electronic Muscle Stimulation (EMS) mode to assist in the rehabilitation of my muscles after a strenuous exercise. On days when I am experiencing general pain, the massage mode offers me comfortable respite. My ability to fine-tune the experience to what is comfortable for me is made possible by the fact that the intensity levels are extremely customizable. On the other hand, I have had negative experiences in the past with devices that are comparable to this one, where the battery life was disappointing. However, the fact that this device can be recharged came as a great surprise to me. It has a good capacity for holding a charge, and it can be used for a number of sessions before it has to be recharged. This is not only handy, but it also saves me money since I don’t have to continually purchase batteries.

Utilizzato per 2 giorni, in maniera intensiva, per tendinopatie e stiramento polpaccio, non voglio dire che fa miracoli, ma i programmi di massaggi, sono veramente efficaci, sembra che un vero massaggiatore faccia questo. La durata della batteria è di circa 2 ore e la ricarica completa con caricabatteria da 15 Wh in 20 mn circa, per me è un buon prodotto e non credo ci siano controindicazioni, a patto che si utilizzi responsabilmente.

Zunächst einmal ist die sehr schnelle und kurze Lieferzeit hervorragend bzw. absolute Spitze, unschlagbar und nicht zu toppen, wie ich empfinde. Der Karton und alles Weitere machen einen wertigen Eindruck. Auch alle Zubehörteile wirken qualitativ wertig. Zunächst alle Teile ausgepackt, Bedienungsanleitung gelesen, Gerät über USB-C Anschlußstecker aufgeladen. Für mich eine sehr wichtige Eigenschaft, dass man das Gerät aufzuladen kann. Dadurch ist man von dem konventionellen Batteriebetrieb unabhängig. Für mich ist das ein großer Pluspunkt. Anschließend habe ich das reichhaltige Zubehör sortiert und die entsprechenden Elektroden ausgesucht und angelegt, deren Haftung hervorragend ist, auch leichten Bewegungen. Die Bedienung habe ich in allen Einzelheiten nicht ganz so gut verstanden, was aber kein Nachteil oder Problem ist. Nachdem ich mich mit den Tasten zur Steuerung bzw. Einstellungen des Gerätes zum Therapieren vertraut gemacht habe ging es los. Nach den ersten Minuten war ich völlig aus dem Häuschen. Diese Leistung aus solch einem kleinen Gerät das hatte ich wirklich nicht erwartet. Ich war regelrecht “geflasht” und begeistert. Endlich lösten sich die Verspannungen von meinem total verkrampften ISG. Am darauffolgenden Morgen wieder eine Einheit von 20 Minuten therapiert, diesmal mit 4 quadratischen Elektroden und beiden Kanälen A und B. Nachfolgend nach einer kurzen Entspannungszeit konnte ich zum ersten Mal nach 10 Tagen, wieder meinen linken Strumpf bzw meine Socke alleine anziehen. Auch das binden meiner Schuhe war wieder möglich. Ich hätte weinen können vor Glück. Ich kann allen “ISG-Leidenden” und Muskelverkrampften dieses Gerät dringendst empfehlen. Dieses Gerät gab mir wieder ein Stück Teilhabe zurück. Ein echt hochwertiges, medizinisches Hilfsmittel, das zur Schmerzlinderung, Lockerung und Entspannung dient. Ich würde es nicht mehr missen oder hergeben wollen. Dieser Kauf des Geräte war das beste das mir in meiner Situation wirklich geholfen hat. Ich bin überzeugt und sehr zufrieden, auch was die Anwendungsdauer des Gerätes sowie die Bedienung betrifft. Bestimmt gibt es noch teure und bessere, aber für mich hat das Gerät alles was ich brauche. Fazit: Eine absolute Kaufempfehlung. Große Hilfe für kleines Geld.
