Excellent magnets!
I used these magnets on a double wool coat I was making. I could not use the button hole feature on my sewing machine, because the fabric was too thick to go under the foot of the machine.The magnets were easy to sew on by hand. The best part is that they are VERY strong and work very well. I suggest this item to anyone who wants a magnet.

Perfect craft magnets
Perfect for what I needed. Command stripped one side to my RV and sewed the other side to the couch cousin to keep it from falling over. Worked perfectly. Great price and good quality. Easy to use.

Work pretty well
These magnets work pretty well. I used them to replace velcro on my dog’s coat. I tried this set of magnets, and another set. I do prefer the other set, but these do the trick.The reason why I prefer the other set is that these have a ridge so they have to go exactly in place, that’s fine because they are magnets and they will put themselves in place. But they don’t go together as quickly because of the ridge, but by no means are they hard to get together or difficult to get to click together, it’s just that the other ones find their “mate” just a tiny, tiny bit faster. However, I believe the longevity on these will be better than the other ones I like. Also, these are bulkier than the other ones (the others being on the plastic sew on packet).Depending on your preference and what you’re using them for, these are great, but bulkier.

Great strong magnet easy to work with
They worked great to clip a fur hood trim on my jacket with out having to put holes in my jacket fabric. Strong and wide enough to hold with a reasonably thick layer of fabric in between.

Perfect magnets for costumes, fabric, etc.
I bought these magnets to put into a “tear away” costume for a quick change scene. They are the perfect strength! They hold the costume together strong enough so that it doesn’t come open on stage, but yet they tear away easily when needed. I had purchased two other types of magnets, both encased in plastic that you just sew through the plastic to put them in your garment. They were ridiculously weak. These are nice and strong. But since fabrics come in many different weights and thicknesses, I’d suggest you make sure they have a return policy and then try them out on your project to see if they’ll work for you. I will definitely be buying these again!

Nice strong magnets!
These magnetic buttons are easy to sew on. I needed them to close the upper part of a sweater. The magnets are strong (you have to check which side of the magnets to use, one side has a weaker magnetic pull than the other). Would definitely buy again!

I made the mistake of reading other reviews of this product when buying and thought it would be a sturdy and strong magnet. I couldn’t be more wrong. This thing is like a toy and will barely stick together. It’s an extremely weak magnet and there is no possible way it will work for coats or jackets unless your coat/jacket is made of paper.Perhaps the current reviews are old reviews and they’ve recently changed the product that they send, which is why there is a discount. However, if you’re going to send a weak toy product, you should change the description of your product. These buttons will only hold together paper, not fabric or anything else.Was very looking forward to these, but greatly disappointed.You have been warned!!

Curtain
Not very heavy. Bought to help hold down outdoor curtains . Used 6 on one curtain still didn’t prevent the curtain from moving in minimal wind. Expensive considering I couldn’t use them for the reason I purchased them. Look better then plain magnets
