Customers find the timer fantastic. However, the magnet strength receives mixed feedback, with several customers noting that the magnets don’t stick strongly enough. Similarly, customers have mixed opinions about the ease of removal, with one mentioning that the clipboard detaches easily while another finds it difficult to remove the paper.

A Complete and Practical Visual Planner
This is my second time purchasing a visual planner like this, and I have to say—this one is the most complete and thoughtfully designed system I’ve come across. The 5-in-1 setup includes everything we need: a dry-erase chore board, visual timer, over 100 task magnets, and more. It’s been a real game changer for helping my child with sensory and executive function needs stick to a routine. My child especially loves the chore chart and magnets. They enjoy selecting tasks and creating their own daily plan, which has turned into a fun and empowering activity. The visual timer is also extremely helpful for smoother transitions between tasks, especially during the morning and bedtime routines. We did notice 2 or 3 magnets with small spelling mistakes. While it’s not ideal, we were able to easily fix it by replacing them with blank magnets and writing in our own labels. It’s a minor issue, and definitely not a deal-breaker considering how useful the whole system is.Overall, this planner has made a meaningful difference in our home. I’d highly recommend it to other parents looking for a structured yet flexible way to support their child’s independence, focus, and time management.

    I like it 🙂
It works really well. I bought this for myself and I believe the timer is the best feature. It’s compact & can fit any wear for storage.

So many options to fit a variety of needs
This timer bundle is larger than I expected, but has so much functionality. I homeschool, and timers like these are great for helping my son keep track of what he needs to do. I think our favorite part of this set is the removable timer itself. You get a visual countdown, plus a flashing light and beeper when time is up. I like that the beep isn’t too loud or obnoxious. Loud enough to notice, but not enough to overstimulate a sensitive kid. We also use the checkmark agenda. It’s really satisfying for my son to switch from red to green when he finishes a task. I love the dry erase pen that comes with the set, the fine point makes it easy to write small. I do wish that it was easier to erase items on the agenda. It’s a bit of a chore to either go in between the gaps with an eraser or to pull the sheet out for erasing. It does also come with plain paper sheets, but not having a way to order more of those, I’ve been reluctant to use them. We haven’t used the flip cards at all yet, and I’m not sure what we would use them for, although they are removable. The flip side is a magnetic white board, nice and big, so easy to flip around to work out math and spelling problems. The stand can flip forward or backwards, depending on which side you’re using. I also like that the task magnets for the white board are customizable, so I can use the dry erase markers to tailor the magnets to fit our needs. The one other thing I wish was different is that I wish the stand could flip up so I could hang it. Desk space is at a premium, so if I had a way to hang it on the wall, it would be perfect.

    Mostly helpful with some flaws
I love all of the components that come with the set. However, there are a couple of things I did not like.Magnets: I like the pictures and the prompts that they chose. However, some of the pictures did not match the prompts ( for example, the feed pets magnet showed a picture of socks). Some of the prompts were also spelled incorrectly. The magnets themselves did not magnetized strongly enough that they would not fall off when moved. I felt like there were some prompts that were missing, including lunch, evening, toothbrushing, cleaning the floors, and Piano Lessons. Thankfully, they did provide several blank prompt magnets so they can be added. In the video, you can see that I created a new label to fix the misspelled word “dishwasher“Wipe off cards: I like that you can easily write or a race words off of these cards and that there are many of them to use. I wish the white clip was slightly bigger for ease of flipping the cards.Prompt chipboard: I like that the clipboard on the back easily detaches so that I can allow my child to check off what they have completed, and I can reconnect it to the board itself. However, the clipboard felt like cheap plastic and May break easily if thrown. Switching the switches to check marks or exes is slightly challenging, but doable. I like that the pages for the clipboard are removable and have wipe off abilities, however, it is difficult to remove the paper from the cartridge, and the wipe off markers included in a set wipe off to easily. I recommend using expo wet erase markers instead.Timer: I like that the timer has a button that forces the child to press to stop the beeping when the timer goes off. I was not expecting the timer to be rechargeable, but that is a nice feature. I like that the timer does detach from the board and has a color as well as number countdown prompt. The timer sits well in the holder on the board.Board: I like that the board is magnetic, but as stated previously, the magnets do not stay if you were to move the board around. I like that you can use a wipe off marker on the board and that the stand switches from the front to the back so you can display either side of the board. The word does not set evenly on the table due to the holder of the timer. This can only be remedied by placing something on the adjacent side to even out the board. This seems to be a flaw in the design. Overall, the board has a great look and can be very effective despite the negatives I described. One additional thing that would be very helpful to add in a future product would be a case to put the magnets that are not being used currently.

I love that every writeable part of this is erasable! There are extra “to do” sheets provided, each one is double sided, and they are reusable since they can be written on with dry erase markers. The big flashcards? Can be written on with dry erase markers. And obviously the board too! The markers provided have mini erasers on the tip but best of all – they are equipped with mini magnets so I can store them on my board – it helps me to no lose them! The “to do” sheets are inserted into a manual checklist. I can choose if I want a checkmark or an “x” to represent a completed task. There are also habit magnets provided so that I can stick them to my fridge or to the board to help me remember specific things and to help me form better habits. On top of all these cool things – there’s even a rechargeable timer! I love that it’s a USB-C charging port and a cable is provided. I had been meaning to get a timer but never got around to it – it’s nice to get one in this bundle. It helps me a lot, not only in accomplishing my day-to-day tasks but also to help me when I’m planning and carrying out my lessons for class. There is an alarm on the timer that beeps, but the sound can be turned off to only see the blinking light so that it doesn’t drive me mad.The checklist, writing board and timer all have kickstands so they can be laid flat or propped up for easier access. The checklist also has magnets integrated in the back so it can be stuck to the backside of the writing board. Unfortunately, one of my magnets was loose and would not stick to the checklist so trying to have the checklist stay stuck behind the board was impossible. Once I find my crazy glue I’ll fix the issue. No stars lost as it’s an easy fix.

I got this 5 in 1 Visual Timer and Schedule Planner for my younger daughter, as she gets overwhelmed with time management and needs a way to keep track of her day. The kit comes with a rechargeable timer clock, a dry erase board, reusable schedule cards (multiple), and colorful magnetic tiles for visual activities (covers most of daily routine tasks and activities). You can prepare multiple schedules ahead of time (like weekdays, weekends, etc), and the dry erase feature makes it easy to reuse. What I like most is the slider system to mark tasks as complete or pending. It gives my daughter a clear sense of progress and helps her track activities on her own. The visual 1 hour timer was a bit confusing at first, but once she learned it, it became very handy to manage task time. The kit also includes colorful magnetic tiles for different activities, which could be very useful for younger kids or for those with special needs who benefit from visual cues. For us, they were nice to have, but not a necessity. While I love that it’s a non-digital solution, the magnetic quality of the set is a bit weak. The timer doesn’t attach well to the schedule board, and the magnetic tiles can sometimes fall off. Stronger magnets and a latch system for the timer would make it much better.Despite a few design flaws, I’m happy with this kit. It’s great for young children who need a visual way to manage their time and see their progress throughout the day. I would definitely recommend it for parents who want a reusable, non-digital planner.

Both myself and my youngest son have ADHD and SPD so I am always looking for innovative ways to improve our coping skills and daily routine. We have one ADHD Visual Timer/Scheduler already and had such good success with it that we wanted to order a second one so my son and I could each have our own. There are some distinct differences between the two, both pros and cons. This unit has two usable sides. The first side has the visual timer, the check list with sensory check marks, and a space to hang additional notes. The other side is a large whiteboard that is magnetic and will hold the provided magnets as well as makes use of the two dry erase markers included with the set.The set can be used with the stand but also being a flat board it could be mounted and switched back and forth depending on what side to use.The set includes a large selection of task magnets, reward stars, etc. and they are very kid friendly and clear images. Definitely geared towards children (I would love to see one for adults that has more sophisticated or aesthetic images but those aren’t commonly found.)The larger magnets stick very well. The smaller magnets (i.e. the magnet labelled “FIRST.”) don’t fully stick at the edges but they still stick. This is more of a problem for someone like me who has sensory issues and not having the magnet sit smoothly is a distraction. It’s not a large deterrent though. There are also cards that can be hung on the provided ring as well as reusable check lists that fit into the check list section. One feature that is handy is that all the components can be removed. So the visual timer can be taken off the board and carried around. It has its own nook that it sits in.The checklist is magnetic with its own stand and can also be removed for portability. The visual timer is straight forward and works well. I really like that it is rechargeable and that the USB-C cable is provided. It is lightweight and my favorite thing about it is how you turn it off. It has an alarm and to turn it off you depress the top button which is designed to look like a vintage button. It is very satisfying it click it off.One improvement with the visual timer would be if it was magnetic. As it is the timer sits in a nook and it is seated well but if you should forget and shift the board to use the other side the timer will fall out and on to the floor (ask me how I know.)The checklist is easy to use, lightweight and it is rewarding to physically “check” off each task as you complete them by sliding the button. The stand for the checklist is very flimsy though and I could see it being broken very easily with regular use. It’s too bad the same material used for the primary stand wasn’t used to make the checklist stand. The frame of the checklist is the same as the primary board so I’m not sure why the same material wasn’t used for the stand. As a whole this unit is much less stable than our first one and uses a lower thinner grade of ABS so it doesn’t feel as sturdy. However had I not had the first unit to compare against I wouldn’t take much notice. This unit has an adjustable stand that can accommodate using either of the two sides. This is where there is a design flaw – if you want to use the reverse whiteboard then you are limited to how you can angle it because the nook that the timer sits in is fairly deep and will interfere with the surface that the stand sits on. By keeping the angle small the board remains level but increasing the angle to a natural angle for writing results in the board not sitting level with the table. For the most part this would be a very good set with the exception of the magnets. There are spelling mistakes and one magnet that shows a pair of socks but says “Feed Pet.”For my son who is 9 yrs old the spelling errors won’t be an issue but for a younger child who may be influenced by incorrect spelling because they are learning to read this could be a big problem. It was only two magnets out of the entire bunch though and if you really needed to you could just use masking tape and re-write the word with the correct spelling.Overall this could be a good ADHD/AUTISM set for younger children granted the spelling errors and the minor cons listed above aren’t huge issues for you.
