Accurate and convenient monitoring device
I purchased this ring pulse oximeter primarily for overnight monitoring, and it’s been quite impressive overall. The setup was genuinely simple – just paired it with my phone via Bluetooth and the app connected immediately. The rotatable display is a nice touch that makes it comfortable to wear on either hand. The accuracy seems solid when I’ve compared readings to other devices, and I appreciate the real-time data display right on the ring itself. The customizable alert system works well – I set my own thresholds and the app reliably notifies me when readings fall outside those ranges. The USB-C charging is convenient and the 15-hour battery life easily covers overnight use with plenty to spare. The app interface is clean and the sleep reports provide useful data visualization. I found the ring comfortable enough for extended wear, though it takes a little getting used to initially.A few minor drawbacks: the ring is slightly bulkier than I expected, and occasionally the Bluetooth connection drops briefly, though it reconnects quickly. The app could also benefit from more detailed trend analysis features.Overall, this is a well-built monitoring device that delivers on its promises. The combination of accuracy, ease of use, and comprehensive reporting makes it a worthwhile investment for anyone needing continuous oxygen monitoring.

Needed for mom
After my mom got sick recently, we started looking for a device like this and came across this option. It turned out to be very easy to use and simple to put on. The companion app is a nice addition, as it helps keep track of her stats in an organized way. The display is also clear and easy to read, which makes it convenient for daily use.Having this device provides us with peace of mind, knowing we can monitor her levels whenever needed. One feature I especially like is the ability to share results, which makes it easier to keep family members informed. The device feels reliable and well thought out.Another plus is the battery life, which lasted a good amount of time before needing a recharge. Overall, we’re very satisfied with this purchase and glad we ordered it for her.

Pulse oximeter which offers straighforward information
There are some notable features found in this pulse oximeter which have merit, but there are also a couple of drawbacks which influenced my overall assessment of this device. The meter itself is very easy to engage. A simple press of a button turns on the meter and the user is provided pulse oxygen levels as well as heart rate. This is supposed to be designed to be worn while sleeping; however, because of the positioning needed in order to attain a reading (toward the end of a fingertip), I can’t imagine that it would stay in place throughout the night. Also, because the part which goes around the finger is silicone, there is some stretching which naturally occurs, making the fit less than snug. I realize that this particular device is designed to provide extensive information through the app, but I chose not to download yet another app to my device. Because of the loose fit, and because wearing this throughout the night is questionable, I didn’t see the merit of experimenting with this feature. At the current price of $149.99, I don’t feel this is a very good value. As a simple pulse oximeter, it provides the required information. Beyond that, the less than reliable fit makes its usefulness marginal at best. 3 stars.

Defective oximeter and app
Was excited to use this to measure my heart rate and my blood oxygen level after my morning workouts. It came in a nice box and the device looks sleek and impressive. But that is where the positives end. The instructions are horrible. The app (which is downloaded via a QR code in the instruction pamphlet) does not work nor connect to the oximeter. It keeps showing searching for device even after the device is turned on. (See screenshot image of the app). And since the device cannot connect to the app, most functions are illegible on what you are looking at on the device’s tiny screen. Lastly once you turn this on for use, you can never turn it off. The instructions state that it will auto-shutoff after 16 seconds of no use. I left it alone for 1 hour and it never turned off. The red light just keeps flashing indefinitely. Straight out of the box defective. I would not recommend anyone waste their time on a product that feels unfinished with tons of glitches.

Surprisingly Accurate
My wife is a doctor, so we have a few different pulse oximeters laying around. I wanted to give this one a try, because I expected the worst out of it. I was very surprised to be wrong. It always reads very close to our other pulse oximeters. This leads me to believe that it must be quite accurate. It also feels durable, so I believe it was made with quality in mind.It is not very comfortable, but I did not find this to be an issue. It only goes on my finger for a couple of minutes, so it is not a big deal that it does not fit well. The app is a huge success. My doctor always asks me to track my heartrate to be sure my beta blocker dose is okay. Even if I remembered to do it, it was always a chore to write it down and keep track of it. The app eliminates all that. I even found a way to set reminders in my phone, so I will have data from every day for my doctor.

Useful monitor
This oxygen monitor is handy to have, in my case I use it after workouts.I do not like the instruction pamphlet though it is easy to figure out how it works without much info.It has a decent battery life.It is tight on my finger, could use a bit more space but overall I like the device.

Great for family members that need more help.
This has been so invaluable with my father. he has had sudden drops in blood pressure, and this helps us to be able to see if he is getting enough oxygen saturation in his blood during these episodes. The doctor is pleased with the additional information to find out what is his medical mystery. It fits well, reads accurately and is easy to use. I am very pleased with this.
