Display started to dim and soon disappeared completely.
Initially it worked well. I loved it when I got it. And it worked well for the first 2 months. But then the visuals on the face started to fade and dim even though the clock was fully charged. Now, the face is completely black. You can’t see anything.And I’ve only had it a few short months.I give this one star.

Maybe 3rd one is a charm
Edit: the seller reached out to make it right with a refund. They stand behind their product, so if you have issue, they will work with you. Also some more tinkering around, I solved the issue of the battery charge not displaying. Trying out different charging cords or blocks can get the right voltage in.The first one arrived with the display barely showing the numbers at all. The replacement was sent, but the battery indicator does not change or shows charged or about to be out.I am giving the black one a chance before I try another replacement. Would Be great for the kids if it worked.

Although well packaged this clock had a scratch on its face. It came with a leaflet of confusing directions. I could set the timer but not the clock. If you use the battery instead of having it plugged in the screen darkens after a minute. Not happy.
