Finally, Easy and Safe Access for My Big SUVs!
As a guy who does all his own maintenance, I can tell you that one of the biggest hassles is simply getting under my large vehicles. Trying to get my Suburban and Tahoe high enough with a floor jack and then safely positioned on jack stands just for a simple oil change has always been a time-consuming and slightly nerve-wracking process. I decided to finally invest in a proper set of heavy-duty ramps, and these have been an absolute game-changer for my home garage. From the moment I unboxed them, the build quality was undeniable. These aren’t lightweight, stamped-metal ramps; they are forged from heavy-grade steel with clean, solid welds that inspire immediate confidence. The black powder-coated color isn’t just for looks; it gives them a rugged, professional appearance and provides a durable layer of protection against rust and corrosion, which is essential for garage equipment. The size and dimensions are perfectly suited for my large SUVs. At 35 inches long, the incline is gradual enough that I don’t worry about scraping the front bumper, and the 13-inch width is more than adequate for the wide tires on my trucks. But the most important dimension is the 9-inch lift height. This provides a fantastic amount of working clearance underneath the vehicle. For the first time, I can comfortably slide under on my creeper, easily reach the oil filter and drain plug, and maneuver an oil pan without feeling cramped or claustrophobic. The functionality is brilliant and safety-focused. The precision-cut traction holes on the surface provide excellent grip, so the tires don’t slip as I’m driving up. Once the vehicle is on top, it feels absolutely rock-solid. There’s none of the slight apprehension you can sometimes feel when working under a vehicle supported by jack stands. The ease of use is fantastic. I just place them in front of the tires, carefully drive up until I feel the tires bump the stops at the end, and I’m ready to work in minutes. When I’m done, their stackable design means they store away neatly in a corner of the garage, taking up minimal space. When it comes to value for money, these ramps are an absolute no-brainer. The amount of time and hassle they save on a single oil change is incredible. More importantly, the feeling of safety and stability they provide when I’m working under an 8,000-pound vehicle is priceless. For any DIYer who owns a truck or a large SUV, these ramps aren’t a luxury; they are an essential and incredibly valuable piece of garage equipment.

8 inch height, not 9 inches. Place under car and solve the small car ramping issue. Great otherwise.
This is a heavy duty one piece constructed item. Unlike its advertised 9 inch lift, it’s actually 8 inches as the extra 1 inch includes the sides which doesn’t effect the actual height. For those who find this item too steep for their car, a solution may be to place the ramp behind your wheels, where the ramp is aimed towards the middle of your vehicle instead of out front. Simple solution but, apparently, hard to conceive. It’s true that the bottom of these ramps don’t have non-slip material on them. If that matters in your situation, place a wet towel or some other item that may solve this minor problem. I say minor because most surfaces would suffice, especially as the ramps are more used and their bottoms roughen up (though you can pre-roughen them also). This ramp, for its price (I paid $75) should receive 5 stars but since I was counting on truth in advertising (the 9 inch height) I took one star away. They fit into each other and, as a result, store as compactly as one can expect.

Sturdy, strong!
It looks exactly like the imaging advertised. The ramps feel super strong and of good material. Although I am not the weight of a car, I did jump on them kind of excessively to see if that would do anything and it didn’t. Just some shoe prints is all. I lined it up under my toyota camry to see that it would line up with the tires well and it does. The only thing, my front bumper rubbed on the entirety of the ramp, causing it to scratch and leave marks on the ramp. This is just a project car and I expected some form of minor damage when using this, but it’s all about positioning. From a flat surface, my low car will rub, but if I angle the ramp on my driveway it’ll give me the spacing needed to avoid it rubbing. I think this will hold the car i’ll be working under just fine and I look forward to having this be added to my garage tools!

For Trucks Or Large SUVs
Construction wise these ramps seem fine being made out of a single piece of not-thin steel. They should be able to support most any non-commercial vehicle. They have some downsides though. Mainly it’s that the slope is too steep for use with small cars. They won’t work on my Kona compact SUV because there’s a shroud under the bumper that hits before the wheel reaches the ramp (see photo). For these to work you need at least 9-10-inches from the ground to the underside of the car. The Kona has 8 inches. My Ford Ranger has 16 and so works fine with them.Secondly there is no friction material on the underside to stop them from sliding forward when driving your vehicle up on them. It’s easy enough to rig something up (even a wet shirt under them did the trick) but as is they will slide forward on smooth concrete and similar flooring.

Gets the job done easily.
These are sturdy ramps that made oil changes much easier. They’re wide enough for my larger tire vehicle and took the weight just fine. The traction is good driving up the ramps and the divot at the top makes it easy to know when you’re at the top. They provided enough height and clearance to easily get under the car for an oil change. On smaller cars with lower clearance, it’s a little snug getting up the ramp. Our first attempt didn’t work, but we were on the flat part of the driveway with a slope leading down to it. When we moved the ramp onto the sloped part, it cleared. They nest together nicely and store in a corner of my garage out of the way.

great car lifts
These give you a good amount of height. It was very easy to use. This is also wide enough for large suv’s. It covers more of the tires than the plastic models. It is well built and very sturdy. I also like the fact that it connects into each other for easy storage. This is very functional and ideal if you want a safe car lift. I have used other models before and this is very strong quality that will last. I recommend keep it out the rain and since it stores away easily it should last for many years to come.
