Good alternative AAC device
We moved and unfortunately we have to return my son’s AAC to the school district. And while waiting for the new AAC device from his new school district we needed something to make it easier for him to communicate I purchase this as our temporary that will not break my wallet. Very portable comes with velvet pouch, basic sentences/phrases he usually uses are there, easy to use and you could record 6 additional sentences/phrases. He hasn’t tested the durability yet but I think if during meltdowns/surge of emotions eventually it will break coz it is made of plastic. Uses 3 AAA batteries which is not included and you have to unscrew/screw the battery cover which is good. There is a switch to turn the device on/off. You also have the option of choosing male or female voice but ours is not working that’s why less 1 star and he doesn’t mind the voice so am still keeping it. You can adjust the volume. In case you are having troubles getting your kid AAC device this is a good alternative.

Great Product, Needs Improvements
I love this product although it could use a few improvements.Product is great for beginners. It like an electronic pec chart. It’s great because the child can hear what they are saying to people which reinforces vocabulary and shows words mean something.Improvements:1) the company can make a case for customers to purchase to protect from falls2) a handle could be added so it can be easy to carry around3) Some stickers can be provided to put on the 6 recordable buttons, so they are easily identifiable4) the device needs to be louder or have a better speaker quality5) it frequently changes the volume on its own and sometimes the volume doesn’t work.6) Speaker is too low, especially in noisy environments

AMAZING 🤩
This came in so handy for my non verbal ASD kiddo. Quick responses & creating a recording for something specific is super convenient. Especially being able to change it & record something else.

Value for money. It’s easy to use, and brilliant quality. With 6 additional personalised buttons for you to record your own need/emotion button. I would definitely recommend this to any send parent

A good precursor to getting the more advanced one once finances arrive. It has given my child a taster for more so I hope the next one helps her in deeper conversation. This has 6 buttons for your own phrases which is more than any other I have seen and very useful to us and we can change it whenever we need to.

A decent device and very useful. However in my opinion not worth the price we paid gor it. The quantity is not quite up to scratch for it to be at that price.
