The measurement is not accurate, so I don’t recommend buying it.
I bought this for my parents, thinking it would be convenient to measure at home anytime. After using it for a few days, I found the readings to be quite inaccurate. On the same arm, within a minute, the readings differed by over 20 points, making it completely worthless. The reviews sounded good when I bought it, but I didn’t expect the actual experience to be so poor. 👎

The size of the large cuff is accurate
While the large cuff is definitely accurate in size, which was nice.We tried multiple different batteries and the blood pressure cuff would not work. The only way to get it to work is to use the USB cable provided. Consider sending it back but needed to monitor blood pressure. Could not wait to try to find another one that would fit

it did not disappoint at all. It was easy to set up and the readings are accurate. For some reason my mom’s insurance wouldn’t cover a blood pressure machine so I searched on Amazon and found this one and the price was so reasonable. Good large cuff adequate for very large arms. Patients need to not talk and stay still for an accurate reading like you would expect. Good quality
