Great for those who struggle with fine motor and hand coordination
Ordered for a skills class for a group of young adults with disabilities of various types. This was perfect for those students who mainly use one arm/hand most of the time and for those that struggle with coordination between using two hands (I.e. holding an item with one hand while slicing with another).As other reviews mention it may be difficult to change out the blades on the slicer without the use of both hands but that wasn’t an issue as our students were able to help each other with this task when using.

It works for people with injured dominant hands.
I broke my right arm and was having trouble preparing food when I was told to buy this. It has been a lifesaver. My husband couldn’t be happier as I am the chef in the house. He is limited to hot dogs, hamburgers and frozen meals. I have been able to slice chicken, grate cheese, make fresh veggies and do most things. It is great!!!

One star. You know whyI was told I would be able to change blades with 1 hand. I cannot. The peeler part was installed in such a position that it doesn’t work. This is a good concept, but not a good product. I’m a disabled senior on a fixed income, this was expensive not to work. I’d send it back if I could.I would have made a video of trying to use it if I didn’t only have one hand.

Wonderful
I was skeptical about this but once it arrived I discovered it is a great! After my stroke I have left side weakness I had to adjust how I choose my recipes chopping fruits and vegetables is dangerous. I found this and decided to give it a try . This is a perfect configuration for me and the mandolin is an unexpected joy. Other adaptive board I have tried disappointed me because of the configuration or the size ( too big and too small)

Great product.
There are no instructions on how to change the blades in the grater/ slicer. It came with different types of blades but no instructions. I don’t see how a person who has use of one hand is supposed to change the blades. I have use of both hands but cannot change the blades.

Open box and check it out right away . My wood had split but they gave full refund even after the 30 day return window .

Cutting Board corrosion
I have only one hand and found this useful for cutting foods. However, the spikes are corroding very bad after just one month. Should be made of stainless steel or come with a steel wire brush to clean rusty spikes. Plus need instruction sheet!
