Customers say
Customers find these adaptive utensils effective, particularly for those with hand tremors and arthritis, noting that they work well for 90-year-olds and help reduce shaking. The built-up handles provide better grip, and customers appreciate their sturdy construction and ease of use. While some customers find the utensils heavy enough to compensate for tremors, others mention they could be heavier. The size receives mixed feedback, with several customers finding the teaspoons too small and difficult for those with small hands. Customers report that the utensils make eating much easier.

Excellent utensils for someone with hand tremors!
I purchased these for someone having great difficulty feeding himself due to hand tremors. These specially weighted and wide handled utensils are a great help. They are well made and easy to wash.

Perfect for eating
I bought four sets for an elderly person and they love them, they say the weight is just enough and even the thickness of the handle. The handle seems to be about an inch wide and half inch think. Nothing comes out and after multiple uses everything holds in place still so very well built and designed. It’s real easy to use and they never have a problem with lifting it or controlling it as it fits their needs perfectly. They are very happy with them. So i highly recommend these for your elderly family members!!

Good utensils for someone with Parkinson’s
Purchased these for my father with Parkinson’s. They were helpful with his handshakes, but would like them to be a little bit heavier. Overall decent for the price.

Not as heavy as I expected
I thought these would be a good substitute for the professional grade ones I use with patients at work but they are not weighted enough. They do have nice grips so if grip strength is the issue I would recommend them. They do have some slight weight but not enough to compensate for tremors – which is what I need them for.

Large size handles and extra weight can help someone having hand tremors. They have gone through the dishwasher many times and are still looking like new.
