sturdy well made
very study and well made. Has a lot of places to adjust and fits my dogs body very well. When it is adjusted you use a Allen wrench to tighten it down and it isn’t going to slip. Wheel is a little lite, but everything else seems better than you would expect.

Quality of life changer!
Makes a world of difference for my 16 year poodle. It is lightweight and easy to use/adjust. I ordered XS and the harness seemed a bit large but the company is sending us a smaller one free of charge!

great product but the wheels broke fast
everything about this is great except for defective wheels which are the main important factor. both wheels broke fast.

Forget the rest! This one is the best!
As I took my little guy out of my car he fell out of the chair and onto his back in the last wheelchair I had. I went home, packed it up and returned it. In addition to not being able to pee he had also fallen over a couple times and panicked when he couldn’t get up. Then I saw this set of wheels with 2 separate harnesses that looked like he would be able to pee without any issues. My order arrived a couple days later. I was extremely pleased how easy it was to put it together, the extra padding on both harnesses, the belly support and the clips that securely hold the harnesses! All these things for less than what I paid for the other chair! My little guy hasn’t tipped over and is securely fastened in the chair. I do take the frame off but leave his harnesses on so he can sleep comfortably. My little guy is a 12 lb Shih Tzu who has lost partial use of his back legs. I bought the XS based on the weight and size chart but I think I could use smaller harnesses. Not a problem! They will ship a different size set at no charge. No, I wasn’t paid to write a good review nor did I receive a free product. I’m just impressed with their marketing and service!

Gave my dog his legs back!
This wheelchair is great and helped my dog immensely. He cannot use his back legs well due to age and generally drags them. After a few months of this, he started using them again without the wheels and even climbs a few steps! It definitely helps him use his legs without putting weight on them, and helps rebuild muscle- but there are straps if your dog has 0 use of their legs. We debated putting his legs up but gave him a few days and are so glad we did! The whole thing is very light (we hang it on a command hook) but sturdy, my dog is light but I wouldn’t be worried about it breaking under more weight. We also have a rocky driveway, which it has held up well against. I think it’s a little big for my little man, but he is like 10lbs. It seems very cushioned for him, we only use it outside because he can’t lay down in it, but it would be comfortable for all- day use. It is pretty adjustable, figuring out the right lengths for everything took some trial and error but once it’s done you don’t have to worry about it again. My only real concern is that it is such a pain to get him in and out of, you almost need 2 people (and my dog doesn’t even struggle!)

Great buy
This is an excellent little helper. I found a sweet cat that couldn’t move her back legs. Vet said she was paralyzed but a few weeks after she started using this wheelchair she started walking and now she runs. PS: buy diapers for your pet because it’s hard for them to go pottie while using this wheelchair.

Loved the quality
Unfortunately my pup passed before she could use it but compared to her original wheelchair this one was definitely more durable and adjustable for a more universal fit.

A Good “First” Wheelchair
Lightweight with lots of adjustments options but no instructions. This is my first time fitting a dog for a wheelchair.I took the measurements as instructed in the ad and ordered the chair according to those measurements. The chair arrived with very little instructions, (only a “what’s included list” in 7 different languages) but I managed to put it together by looking at pictures from the ad. There are however no guidelines on how to adjust a wheelchair to properly fit a dog so it this is your first time you are going to get frustrated. Fitting him has proven difficult and with this being his first time in the wheelchair and my first time trying to figure out if I fitted it right, we have had some difficulty. Luckily this little guy has been a trooper.Thank God for YouTube tutorials. The front harness, no matter how many adjustments I make, sits very low and obstructs the movement of his little front legs making it difficult for him to produce forward movement. His back legs are useless. On the flat and smooth surfaces, like sidewalks and paved roads, he does fine but even at the tightest setting, I’m constantly stopping to pull the harness up and out of the way of his little front legs. In looking at the photos from the ad, it seems that this is how this harness fits.My little guy is doing okay but if the front harness was not working against him, he would be doing better. We’ve also, already had to go on screw hunts for the screws from the back feet supports. They come already attached but they are not tightened and without instructions, well I didn’t tighten them because I didn’t know I needed to. Luckily, the chair comes with a couple extras and when those run out there’s always baling twine. All in all, for a first time experience and for the price, it has helped us get this little guy mobile again but if we are to pursue his future in a wheelchair, we will need to upgrade to something that allows more freedom of front end movement and whose rear wheels provide less resistance, on grass/lawn or uneven terrain.
