Perfect Glasses to Apply Makeup
I searched so much for a product like this! I’m not sure why people like the glasses that flip DOWN, instead of flipping UP. When they flip down, I can’t put my eyeliner on. These are great! They are really good quality too. My only gripe would be that they don’t come in 1.75. I can’t believe more people aren’t making these. I highly recommend!

You have to go to an optometrist to find out which ones actually work because my glasses for TV and reading are different and I cannot find the combination for makeup eyewear it’s ridiculous. I’ve bought way too many pair and I will just have to look like a clown

Better than the Others
I wanted to do a review on these makeup glasses since I know reviews are gold to sellers. These glasses are quality made, the rims flip up and out. Not like the others do that flip side to side. Makes the opening easier to work with when putting on makeup. You can also use them as regular reading glasses! The frame is slightly thick so it’s more sturdier and the magnification is on par. The glasses come with a hard case, soft case, and a soft cloth to clean the lenses. I usually lose the cloth but having the hard case around is great storage area so you don’t misplace the cloth. If you like to use the soft case it’s great for using them traveling or whenever you’re short on purse space. All in all, the purchase price is worth it especially when you compare its functionality to the other makeup glasses on Amazon. This wins it hands down.

I was not sure about these at first but the magnifying glasses turned out to be an incredible find. Each lens can be lifted up one at a time. They are lightweight and achieve reasonable magnification. Comfortable enough to keep on for hours while working on projects. They are sturdy. There isn’t much not to like. Would rate this as a 7 out of 5 stars if i could.

Won’t work
While this is a fantastic idea, it doesn’t work. I don’t think our eyes and brains have the capability to work this way – one eye seeing close up with the glasses on, the other looking in the mirror unaided. It all ends up looking blurry. Great idea in theory.

Tricky to use. My left eye is worse than I thought so i still couldn’t see to put on eyeliner. Liked the flip up but just didn’t work for me.
