Excellent value for the price
This is a sturdy and thoroughly usable gait belt for persons of average size. The buckle is doubly secured and there is an elastic band to secure excess length, which is not a feature offered on all gait belts. It is a neutral off-white color a thin blue thread stripe and thin red stripe running through it. Not overly obvious and probably not noticeable under a sport jacket. And the price is the most reasonable I’ve seen.

Durable material with a Real Steel buckle that actually works
I bought this because I have a Large lung compression vest that is a little too big on me. With this gait belt wrapped around the vest and myself the vest fits like a glove! Heavy duty material and a buckle that actually is made out of steel, not those crummy plastic ones that snap and break eventually. Also, glad this is not using Velcro because that also wears out after a while.
