Don’t slip once on.
I like them for occasional joint inflammation. No more messing around with Velcro type ice bags. I wish they would stay cold a bit longer though. The cold only last about 2-3 hours, which is what most similar remedies last. These are more convenient though & don’t slip off joint. One might have to get used to the extreme cold that last about 10 minutes upon placement.Started off with an XL for knee and liked it enough to buy a L for ankle. They appear to be same size from appearance, but the XL slips on easier & a bit easier to remove. I alternate them in an 8 hour period. Works to eliminate inflammation in 2-3 days.

For my recent knee injury, a trainer suggested these & I’m so glad I bought them! I’m an average sized woman and got both a large and medium. Both fit my knee—the large fits fine but better if swollen, medium if I want it slightly snug so I can feel the chilled relief faster. These sizes could be used on larger arms as well. I’ll continue using these through surgery & beyond.
