Waste of money
This thing has frustrated me to no end. She rarely understand what is being asked. When trying to play videos that they provide, I keep getting an error message. It was playing videos fine, and now every one is an error. I can feel the rage pouring out of my chest. I’m very familiar with Amazon products, and this one is awful.

Save your money
Save your money and just buy any of the other ones and set them to kids mode. I purchased this one 2x for my kids room. First one was water damaged that they tried to sell me and the second one freezes with every video or game we try to play. It doesn’t listen well (like most kids 😆) and it doesn’t answer everything like the regular echo does.The video lags, freezes, picture quality is very good when it works and volume is pretty decent. Drop in feature is great, that’s about all that works without issue.It’s a very good looking piece but looks are deceiving because it doesn’t function well at all. I’ve reset it numerous times, removed to cord as well and still have the circling when trying anything strenuous with this device.In my general opinion, the kids one isn’t worth it. Just get the regular one and change it to kids mode. This was a total waste of money and wish I had taken the sign when the first water damaged item arrived. Will never purchase a kids Echo again even if they upgrade it.

Cute, nice size and pretty good features, but drops calls unexpectedly
The connectivity is the biggest issue that is unreliable. Several dropped calls randomly and the Echo Show is less than 10 feet from the main Amazon router. Additionally, I reset the network and internet settings 5 times now and it still has dropped calls. The Echo Show is small enough to fit nicely on desk or table and can still see the caller and they see enough through video phone calls just fine. You can add fun backgrounds and images during the call. Other person needs to have Alexa app downloaded onto their cell phone, or have another Amazon enabled device. The value was great because huge discount on Prime Day. The kids echo show features some additional Amazon Kids spp features such as changing to different kids friendly voices and other games and shows that are age level appropriate. The kids mode blocks outgoing calls except to parents in the same shared household. The features of the alarms and reminders is fantastic and I love adding the wallpaper and different customized routines and how it pairs easily with other Amazon devices in my place. I like the drop in feature as a small extra security feature.

Es súper útil, a mis niños les encantó, les gusta mucho jugar con los juegos de adivinanzas, además que me mantiene comunicada con ellos si llego a salir de casa, la calidad de audio y video es muy buena, y el color es súper bonito y colorido, les encanta escuchar música a todo volumen

Mi mejor amiga para las rutinas de mi hogar
Es mi mejor amiga y la de mis hijos, la pidieron de regalo de navidad y a sido una gran ayuda para las rutinas de mis niños, los despierta por las mañanas y enciende las luces para ellos, los manda a dormir por las noches y ambienta la habitación para que se preparen para dormir, puedo enviar comunicados a la hora de comida o si necesito llamarlos, toda las mamá deberían de tener al menos una en casa, el tamaño fue el adecuado para la habitación de mis hijos y el color Les encantó y pareció divertido.

Great home addition
This is the perfect addition to any household. Set up was super easy, connects to wifi easily and working with the alexa app makes it super easy. I love the drop in feature this offers, when I have to leave the house I can still see whats going on. I can still talk to my husband and kids and see the whole 1st floor where the echo is located. We can even check in on our frenchie when we are out. My kids love to call their aunt and Grandmother as well. This feature is easy to setup on the alexa app you can connect to your phone and allow only who you want your kids to call. They just say “Alexa call Grandma” they can even Video call which is what we really use it for. Of course you have the ability to ask Alexa questions too. My kids have used this for the tooth brushing song and love it . The Echo can tell bedtime stories and they can even use this to watch shows or play music. We haven’t explored all of the features yet but we look forward to it. The only upgrade I would like to see is that it can be charged and hold a charge, currently you need to keep this plugged in so its not easy to take into different rooms. I would like to be able to take these places like maybe out to dinner so My kids can watch a show, play a game while waiting for dinner or even to take on road trips. All and all we love this Echo show and I now want another for the other rooms in our home.
