Best ever
This is the best ice pack I have ever used!!!! I tossed it in the freezer when it showed up today and 30 minutes later I was in heaven. I had ankle surgery recently so I’ve been wanting something for cold therapy and swelling and let me tell you. This is perfect!!!! It held a nice cold for 30 minutes. Maybe a little longer. And the ease of being able to slide this over my foot like a sock is the deal breaker. Complete ankle coverage. I am so glad I found this. And at a great price. Definitely worth buying

Putting ice on my ancle has always been the hardest thing to do. Everything I have tried in the past has been so difficult but this Icepack is awesome! It goes on like a sock It stays snug against your bone and your heel at the same time. It’s soft and comfortable and it stays put. It also stays cold for a good long time. Another thing you can do is lay it flat and put it behind you for a back ache. Very versatile for pain relief! No Leakage! So thin it takes up no room at all in the freezer!

Fantastic with limitations
This product is just perfect in that it is cold, slips over the foot nicely and gives cold compression around the entire foot and ankle. The only “bad” part is the cold lasts 20 minutes. If you are trying to ice on and off continuously this is not the product for you unless you have 4 or 5 of them to always have a cold one in hand.

Great foot wrap
I love this ice wrap….it’s really cold if you put it in the freezer(almost too cold), so wear a full sock to cover your leg. Stays cold about 20 minutes.I wear an 8 women’s shoe and bought a “L” and fits perfectly. Easy to put on and take off.

Doesn’t get hot
The cold feels great on my ankle. I love that it surrounds my ankle completely. However It doesn’t stay cold for very long. Maybe 10-15 minutes after leaving it in the freezer overnight.It also does not eat up very well. I followed the directions to heat it up and have to put it back in way too many times for it feel even slightly warm. I gave up and got a dinner product for warmth.

I was wondering if something like this existed. And it did! This thing works great! Easy to slip off and on, comfortable, durable, and gives you the cold therapy that you’re ankle and or foot may need. I would highly recommend buying this product if you would need something of this nature

Great! Bought an xl pair as size 11 plates of meat!…Really easy to get on. No messing about with velcro. Stay cold for good 30 mins after day in freezer. Thick material. Use due to ease Neuropathy pins and needles in feet. Recommended. Haven’t tried as heated as cold suits me better.
