MY HUSBAND PLACED WRAP IN FREEZER AND THEN ALLOWED WRAP TO THAW OUT A MINUTE TO MAKE MORE PLIABLE as per directions. SO PLEASED TO FIIND THAT IT IS LINED WITH A PLUSH SOFT MATERIAL MAKING WRAP SUPER COMFY TO WEAR GIVEN THE CIRCUMSTANCES . HE THEN WRAPPED MY FOOT FOR ME TO REST, ELEVATE AND ICE 20 MIINS ON AND 20 MINS OFF BEFORE REPEATING AGAIN. It stays cold enough for 20 minutes on. QUALITY- WORTH THE MONEY. SO HAPPY WITH PURCHASE. It’s an ice pack. Kind of a no brainer here. It’s easy to velcro on. If you are unable to do it yourself, asking for help will be needed, but it’s an ice boot.

It’s DOUBLE SIDED for different cold sensations, COVERS the entire foot and ankle area. It’s STRAIGHTFORWARD TO USE and EASY TO WRAP around the foot. I WISH IT STAYED COLD LONGER than it does, but it gets the job done. I haven’t used the heat feature of it, but based the design and quality, I believe it would heat up evenly and hold heat for a bit. It FOLDS AND FREEZES FLAT, making storage nice.Overall, I WOULD RECOMMEND!

This product really helps you if you sprained, broke, or hurt your ankle/ foot. This product gives you the divide amount of pressure and coldness that you need to heal your foot. I really recommend this product.
