Best Ice Pack ever.It’s flexible (does not freeze hard-it’s completely malleable/shapeable to my needs but at the same time stays cold for a long time.)It is a “clean” freeze in the sense that the pack itself doesn’t have any moisture on the outside that would make it have some frozen ice on the outside-something other ice packs do.I ordered this product because of its size (I have arthritis up and down my spine) and this is the first to cover the entire area I need to be iced. I literally have 2 shelves of my freezer full of ice packs-I’ve tried all kinds. I think I can now get rid of some of the older ones.This is by FAR the best icepack I have ever found. Will order a couple more in case it is discontinued-it’s that good!

This ice gel pack is great. I just had shoulder surgery and this really helped with the pain and itching. It is a little heavy but it is very long and flexible so you can get to any spot on you shoulder or back. It’s really great!!! Stays cold for about 25 to 30 mins.I will be buying another one.

is the best money I have ever spent. I do chemo that makes me itch and the only relief is ice packs. This is the only one I have found that is truly flexible, easy to lay on and stays cold for hours!!!! The cover is soft and very high quality! I LOVE IT!!! You can fold it to freeze and it never gets stiff and molds to any body part you place it on.I plan to buy the larger one as soon as I get paid. Again, best money EVER spent!!Thanks!!!!!

great for icing your whole back. Only downside is the whole thing is so heavy that its hard to take out of the freezer if you have a bad back injury.

This is a professional quality ice pack. Big believer in icing after workouts or outdoor yard work. Saw this pack had some good reviews and ordered the large size as I had a weird strain in my lower back. A P/T nurse friend of mine recommended heat during the day and ice at bedtime. This ice pack is perfect. Gel keeps it shape and does not lump if kept flat in the freezer. As instructions say freeze for 2-hours before use and wrap in thin towel before placing on skin. I use this pack for about 20-minutes but it’s still plenty cold after 30-minutes. Ice pack comes in quality packing and a full warranty explanation. If you are looking for a gel-pack to have ready for any physical discomfort or preventative purpose I recommend this one.

Great size and price.
I had hip replacement surgery and the choice was order several of these or get the ice machine. I ordered three or four of these and they worked like a charm. Everyone now uses them when they need to. So glad I did not order Ice machine. These are nice and pliable. Get cold quickly. Size is great. My surgery was anterior so it fit on my hip and around. I was very happy with these.

Great Product, but Poor Warranty
The product is great, but sometimes they fail and the warranty is only 60 days. If this had a 1 year warranty, I would give it 5 stars. One of their competitors makes a similar product that has a 1 year warranty. We like the assortment of sizes and the product, but we have to factor in the failure rate and know we will be throwing out a few here and there. When they do not fail, they work great- cool quickly and stay cool.

They mold to the area that needs ice. They are light weight and can easily be applied to sensitive surgery areas. My husband had rotator cuff surgery and he maintains they have helped him the most. I bought two and that worked well for him, but 3 would be best for full time cooling. They do remain cool 3-4 hours and to protect the skin a pilkuw case works well.

Love this! Bought it mostly for the wrap. I suffer from joint pain, in every joint. Sometimes my wrist hurts, sometimes it’s my ankle, or my knee, or my shoulder. So this is great, I can use it as a knee brace, wrist brace, or as a sling for my shoulder or elbow depending on what hurts on a given day. I also use it to wrap my head to help migraines!The ice pack is also super good quality, either as an ice pack or as a hot compress.
