Get it, Especially if you like sleeping your side
I’m 26 and I love sleeping on my side na di hate waking up in an awkward position. I use this to keep me on my side. It’s quishy but very firm and doesn’t hurt or bother. It’s annoying have to move to adjust but it’s still great. Holds it shape really great. The cover you can take off and machine wash. I usually put it in a regular pillow case because ethe blue color is an eye sire.

If you’re like me and thought this was one of those firm wedge pillows used in yoga or physical/occupational therapy, it’s not. This is basically like one of those soft foam pieces you’d find in a jump house pit for acrobatics to practice gymnastic flips & land safely, with a zippered cover.It’s fine for a pillow – it’s soft, if you were to use this “wedge side” under your head it’d make a decent sleep pillow, but that’s not what it’s advertised for. It’s meant to look like one of those positioning wedges for sleep, yoga, or disability. This is why I bought mine, because I’m disabled and need something that I can use to prop up one side of my body at night, so I can sleep on my side (or at least at a small angle). When I put this under my side and lay back down, it just fully compresses 100% fully with zero support. I actually think a small, thin traditional pillow would work better than this.All in all very disappointing, and I’m sad I’m past the 30 days of return eligibility, because I paid too much, and unless this thing is around $10 bucks or less, this isn’t worth it.I guess the old adage is true a lot of times: “you get what you pay for”.

Just what I needed for snoring
I’ve been trying a lot of options over the last couple of years to try to combat my snoring (my wife deserves to sleep, too!), the worst being a mouth guard that worked but moved my teeth and required a good number of thousands of dollars of follow-up mouth work. Who’d have thought that the simplest might well have been the best? This pillow keeps me on my side (where my snoring is best controlled) in a reasonably comfortable way. Advertised as a means of helping expectant mothers, it certainly worked well for me!I also use medical tape to keep my mouth shut and nose cones to keep my breathing open, but those were only partially successful until I employed this back pillow. Highly recommended!

Mas depois de desembalada, principalmente se você abrir o zíper da capa um pouco para aerar mais rápido, ela vai expandindo a espuma até chegar a seu tamanho final. Não é muito grande, então não fica desconfortável para o paciente acamado. Utilizamos para auxiliar na mudança de decúbito – a cunha posicionada nas costas da pessoa de forma a evitar que se desvire, garantindo ficar um pouco lateralizado para evitar úlcera de pressão. A capa é removível permitindo lavagem e muito agradável ao toque. Aprovadíssimo!

We have a family member that is bedbound and are currently using an air bed at our house to help with bed sores. We have now bought two of these wedge pillows and absolutely love them. They hold my mother in place in the bed, while still being flexible enough to move with the air. We bought a second one as she was leaning over to one side, but with the second one she is secured and no longer flopping over in bed as she no longer has the strength to pull herself over. These pillows are phenomenal. Also easy to clean!
