Great for my autistic adult child
My adult son has autism and sensory processing problems, this is great for him, just a small amount of compression and deters him from taking clothes off without help.

Comfortable soft fabric. Just didn’t work for us.
I ordered this for my mom who has dementia. The zipper is the back is wonderful because she will rip off her diaper. Well, she ripped the pjs as well. I paid $50 dollars for this item. I am crushed this didn’t work. I wish I could get a refund.

Badly Designed For Its Intentions.
This type of product in general is used to prevent the removal of absorbent undergarments, fecal smearing, and prevent stripping to a degree. This is usually used on people with mental disabilities such as dementia and autism.As far as this product is concerned, I would say that it should only be considered as an anti-stripping garment, and if perhaps there’s no smearing issues with the wearer. The reason is that it does not remove access to the worn absorbent undergarment. The leg cuff is way too stretchy and easily allows access without much effort. I easily tugged on the leg cuff and with one hand and not much effort, I was able to pull it enough to expose the entire crotch of the absorbent undergarment. The leg length is cut so close to the crotch as well.The 2nd big downside is that people with sensory issues will most likely hate the feel of the zipper seam against the skin. Other than that, I’m pretty sure that it would be comfortable it is soft otherwise. Perhaps having another later of clothing underneath could ease the feeling of it.3rd problem is the zipper system itself. The zipper head is too big. It’s easy for the wearer to grab hold of it. The snap flap isn’t difficult to undo, and The zipper teeth are big as well and it’s easily felt while wearing the garment.

Love Once On.. but hard to get on
There were not descriptions about how this is a special needs garmnet.. so I didn’t really know what to expect from it. I like the idea of it for pajamas.. Well, it is very soft and comfortable once on.. but it can be difficult to get on. The zipper takes a lot of effort to zip all the way to the top (by yourself), but the snaps at the top are even harder. I really like the soft stretchy bamboo.. and I like that the zipper isn’t straight along the back to press up against the spinal cord, but I wish it was easier to close. I get not wanting the wearer to unzip it by themselves if they need care and shouldn’t be stripping, but I don’t think it had to be this difficult to achievet that.. it could be a compromise.
