Great hammock stand
This stand is sturdy and I was able to build it myself. It’s exactly what I wanted, as I wanted to swing freely, not back and forth.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked it because it has good hanging height & looked balanced & sturdy. It is exactly what I hoped it would be.It says 1 person can put it together, and I did but, the base of the stand took some ingenuity. Another pair of hands would have been helpful & saved me a bruised toe. Maybe it would be easier for a younger person.

High quality, durable, and yet portable
This device works perfectly to create a swinging hammock or chair wherever you are on your deck on your patio or possibly in your backyard or even in the house somewhere it’s very portable so in that respect, you can change locations with the season. I bought a compatible hanging chair as well and let’s just say my girlfriend loves it. I think you guys will too.

Nice product, but with issues.
The stand is nice and sturdy, and easy to put together. The item must have been painted after holes were tapped for bolts. Bolts could not be inserted, and holes had to be tapped to clean paint out of the threads so the item could be put together. Other than that, it is a nice product.

Sturdy
This hammock chair stand exceeded my expectations. It took me about 15 mins to put it together, all tools were included. Instructions were straightforward. The hammock in the picture is a La Siesta King size hammock chair. Because the chair is so large, it makes the stand look smaller than it is.At this price point I wasn’t expecting much, but it definitely is a value for the money. It is sturdy and solid.

Excellent C-Stand!
The Best Choice Products Metal Hanging Hammock C-Stand for Chair/Weather-Resistant Finish, Offset Base – Stand Only – Brown is fantastic! It is solid/heavy and well made. Was packaged well and easy to assemble by one person (took approximately 10 minutes). Needed two people to hang the hammock chair because of the weight of the chair. The feet of the base have pre-drilled holes if nervous that it will tip which I don’t expect it will due to it’s weight and solid steel frame. We look forward to relaxing on our deck this summer with added cushion and pillows.

Sturdy and stylish, but needs two people to assemble
I bought the “Metal Hanging Hammock C-Stand for Chair, Porch Swing w/Weather-Resistant Finish, Offset Base, 360-Degree Rotation.” The item is exactly as described, and looks great, now that it’s assembled. However, the instructions clearly state that only ONE person is needed to assemble the unit. The metal posts are quite heavy, obviously, and the entire thing weighs 50 lbs; but the hard part is that it seems impossible to hold the lower curved post exactly lined up with the bolt holes WHILE you screw in those bolts. I needed a second person to hold the pieces in place as I tightened the nuts and bolts. Be sure to have a second person on hand and best to assemble it at least close to where you want it to be – it is not easy to move once put together. My only complaint is that. It looks great and is very sturdy and stylish!
