Easy and reuseable hot/cold bag. My mother uses it fairly exclusively for migraine headaches as it’s quickly accessible. It seems to be of average quality and works well. It arrived in such a small box that I was sure there’d been a mistake, but no, it was just as described.

Good enough that we got two sets!
I have migraines. Maybe that is because I have three children. I find that ice packs come in handy with a variety of things that happen around our house, including my migraines. We like the three different sizes. I find the middle size works best for my migraines. My son and youngest daughter have used the larger size multiple times for sprained ankles and bruises from sports. My oldest daughter says the small one is good for her complexion, but I don’t even know what to say to that. I had tried the ice packs that go in the freezer, but then I got tired of them taking up space in the freezer, not being frozen when I needed one, or not staying cold for very long. Then I started to look into these. Pretty simple, just stick ice cubes in them. (Please note: We have not used them for hot or warm packs. Just haven’t had the need, so this is only about them as cold packs.) I started looking into these and found that there are cheap ice packs that leak, sweat, or start to smell after awhile. We have been very happy with the quality of these. We have not had any of these issues other than sweating when it was really humid and my son used it when he was outside. They can be used directly on the skin, but I recommend putting a towel on the area then the ice pack. The biggest issue is that they disappear into the children’s rooms on a regular basis. So we now have two sets of these.

Basta mettere qualche cubetto di ghiaccio o dell’acqua fredda, chiudere il tappo e applicarla sulla zona interessata senza paura che coli o si scaldi troppo in fretta.Se dovessi trovare un piccolo difetto, direi che le dimensioni devono essere scelte con attenzione. Se hai bisogno di trattare una zona ampia, potresti dover optare per la misura più grande disponibile, altrimenti rischi di avere un effetto troppo localizzato.In definitiva, la borsa del ghiaccio BICAREE è uno di quegli oggetti che non dovrebbero mai mancare in casa, soprattutto se fai sport o sei soggetto a dolori e infiammazioni. È economica, riutilizzabile e molto più comoda rispetto ai soliti impacchi in gel che tendono a diventare rigidi.
