Clean, transparent ingredients, great product!
My naturopathic physician recommended these. I take them for muscle cramps, and I also take them at night to sleep. I take four daily. And I love these are certified gluten-free no cross contamination! I buy so many products that say gluten free and then after I try them they make me sick and then I call the company and I find out that their cross-contaminated with gluten from the factory. If their cross-contaminated or any contaminated they’re not gluten free! These are!! Thank you Botics Research for making clean, honest, transparent ingredients and great products!

Best Magnesium–hands down
I don’t love buying this on Amazon, I prefer buying from my chiropractor, fullscript, or direct from Biotics–but that being said, this is the BEST magnesium. I have IBS-C managed with diet and supplementation and lets just say I know when I have forgotten to take this. I have also tried several magnesiums, and none come close. I wish it was a touch cheaper–but you do get what you pay for. Knocking off a star because of cost, and so folks know this is a legit review.
