Improves your life
Having never used something like this before, I wasn’t sure how it would be. Happily, the belt fits, is easy to adjust, and made a huge difference in my quality of life. I can now get through the day without severe pain; the belt is flexible enough to let me do whatever I need to do and isn’t obvious to the general public. I definitely plan to buy another so I can wear one while I launder the other. The only thing I would recommend to the manufacturer is to put a little more padding on the top of the side stays.I highly recommend this product!

This does a good job of keeping the hernia in place. Over all it is fairly comfortable except the edges of the belt dig into my hips a little bit and that is the only reason I did not give it five stars. I do like that the material it is made of does not absorb sweat.

the fabric is scratchy, but it does support well.
The edges are scratchy on the skin. It also bends inward on both top and bottom when worn for awhile, as you are supposed to do. The fabric is not comfortable and either wear over a tee shirt or baby powder bare skin. It does the job it is supposed to do.
