Ordered one, and it had some faulty pieces. The charger was difficult to position to hold the connect and the XL cuff would not inflate properly. The batteries and the regular cuff worked fine. I decided to order a replacement instead of searching for a new one. It arrived so fast and works perfectly.The thing I want to praise is the accessibility especially for old eyes. The screen is large and bright. The buttons are large too. It’s straightforward in how you operate it. And there is an instruction insert that is almost poster size with clear images and extra large font. It is such a considerate detail!Despite the initial return, I am pleased to start!.

Reliability issue
Purchased this blood pressure monitor on April 11, 2025, reading were high. Concerned went to family doctor the reading at that clinic was 30 points lower. Doctor suggested I bring in the monitor. comparing clinic monitor to t his one there was a 30 point difference. I returned the monitor and the seller provided a second one. After much back and forth with my doctor with the replaced monitor it to read between 20 -30 points different than at the clinic. Now I have a $50 monitor that isn’t even attractive enough to use as a decoration.

Love this blood pressure monitor. I like how it shows you green, orange and red at the top right hand of the machine to tell you if your blood pressure is normal(green), slightly high(orange), real high blood pressure(red). The 2 different cuff sizes that come with it are great also. Great little machine!
