Great massager and Wonderful Customer Support!
I purchased this massager about 9 months ago, and I enjoyed having it to provide much needed muscle pain relief. Recently while using it stopped working due to no battery charge. I later found out the battery was fully dead and unable to be recharged so I emailed customer support and told them the issue. They promptly responded back with instructions on how to validate the issue and once they were able to do so they quickly shipped out a replacement from Amazon and it arrived in 2 days!! I was also told they’ve updated the warranty on their new/current devices to 2 years, which is great!

Good product and great customer service
I used this and was having a problem with the battery draining quickly so I contacted the company to see if I was doing something wrong. They gave me ideas to follow, but did replace the entire product and my new one is just great. Really great customer service! I’ve used it while traveling and it’s small and light weight enough to be easy to handle. I prefer the lower vibration, but it can go very high. The case and accessories are all of great quality. Happy with the product.

Fantastic …. way better than expected.
I only had this for a day so far but definitely sold on it;…. it’s incredible. I just started looking for one as my old massage was starting to go and I’m glad it forced me into looking for another because this thing is light years ahead of what I was using or what I thought was available to the general public.Very well made , not a ‘toy’ …. it’s something I would think you’d see in a chiropractors office for professional use. So far I used it with Biofreeze as a lubricant on my quads just above my knees and today the tightness that came after a couple hours of walking dogs was gone. I’ll use it tomorrow after leg day at the gym.I will bring this to my chiropractor next visit for him to look at as I think it is something that a professional could use , it’s that good.

What a great company ! My Massage gun stopped charging randomly, emailed them about it and I was sent a new one within a few days ! Even threw in an extra warranty year on my gun !! Will be staying with Bon and Brad for life!

The best customer service I’ve had in my life. I had an issue with my massage gun and this company replaced it immediately they were prompt and friendly. The massage gun is also a bit more on the intense side which is fantastic for my needs.

As essential as my toothbrush, now with a two year warrantee!
We can’t live without our “Thumper” (which we affectionately call it) I have restless leg syndrome, and it helps me get to sleep, and get back to sleep every night. We use it daily, at least 4 cycles a night, so it does a lot of deep tissue work on my quads and calves. We wore one out in February, after a year and a half and replaced it immediately, but the second one started malfunctioning in July, but Bob and Brad only asked for a model number and a video showing what it was doing, and a new, upgraded model was sent to my door immediately via USPS. No need to return the malfunctioning model. Also, Bob and Brad now warrantee their massagers for 2 years instead of 1, so it is a great value for half the price of upper end massagers. Don’t waste your money on cheaper models, they don’t give relief, nor do they hold up to deep tissue and strong pressure. We take it every where: traveling, and camping. We have gifted one to all our family, as they want one as soon as they use it. It is as essential as my toothbrush. Just leave the case at home and it is easy to fit anywhere.

Terrible customer service
I would highly recommend avoiding Bob and Brad products, they do not stand behind their product and their customer service is terrible. I purchased the T2 Pro Massage Gun, it arrived quickly (same day), but unfortunately it came in used condition. The safety tag had clearly been removed and stuck back on. The gun itself, the bottom ID tag wasnt attached and was sideways, the head of the gun is scratched, and when turned on it makes a weird clanking noise. The case is soiled and the owners manual has teeth marks on it. Should be an easy fix righr?? Wrong… Amazon sent me to Bob and Brad because they only offers a return and refund option for this product. Contact Bob and Brad customer service, they literally send me back to Amazon to request a replacement. Called Amazon, they again state they can gladly return and refund, but replacement wasnt an option , but I could always just reorder. So now, I have to drive 30 minutes away to drop off a used piece of equipment, wait 7-10 days to get a refund, spend another $125 to reorder another one that may or may not be in the same condition. NO thank you, I will just return this item, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and never purchase another Bob and Brand product again.
