Ice pack
I purchased it, and use it as an ice pack to wrap around my knee after having surgery. It is lightweight and ohhh so effective!! Love it.

Flexible Gel Ice Pack 21”x14”
21”x14” Two Perfect size gel flexible ice packs to wrap around my hip. Took them out of the boxes and was very impressed how well they were made and how fast they froze up in my freezer. Put one in me after physical therapy and was perfectly cold and stayed cold for about 30 min. Easily comforted to my hip just laid it on top of my clothes and no condensation/moisture formed on the gel ice pack as it melted. I highly recommend them. This size is good for back and knee icing as well. Very happy with this flexible gel icePack. A+++++ rating!!!

Perfect! I suffered a neck injury with a lot of neck and upper shoulder pain. My PT suggested I use a long ice pack that wraps around the neck and upper shoulders. This works perfectly. Enough length and pliable gel. I keep in freezer and it’s always ready when I need it. Would recommend.

I use it for cold therapy on aches and pains. I especially like how flexible or valuable the pack is even straight out of the freezer. I haven’t used it as a heat pack, because I have good electric heat pads.Was disappointed the add showed 3 packs, and I only received 1, the large rectangle pack. Can’t find the pack designed for the neck and shoulders.

Fabulous cold pack. It is sturdily made, just the right size and freezes ready for use in an hour or two. It can last a few hours against a sore back, wrapped around a knee or arm. It is just right for leaning against a chair, not too bulky.
