One size fits most: The BraceAbility radial nerve palsy splint is available in one adjustable unisex and universal design for the right or left hand; accommodates wrist circumferences up to 8.5 inches; measure before purchasing the wrist drop splint
Soft and comfortable support: Other dynamic splinting options for MCP arthroplasty or a radial nerve injury are restricting and uncomfortable to wear; this radial nerve splint is designed to be non-intimidating, soft, comfortable, and easy to use
Removable, elastic finger lifts: The finger loops featured on this wrist extension splint are slim and soft, emulating tendons to enhance the functionality of your fingers and hand and promote healing with fully adjustable bases for customizable support
Supportive wrist and finger extension: The sewn-in plastic stay is covered in soft, padded foam for ultimate user comfort during extended wear. It holds your limp wrist up in extension (dorsiflexion), allowing the radial nerve to heal in a shortened position
Wear day and night: Our dynamic hand splint provides a functional solution for all-day support that is based on the latest advances in neurorehabilitation research; wear the lightweight radial nerve palsy wrist splint during the day and at night while sleeping

    Game changer
Life changing. I have palsy from radial nerve damage- I’ve tried so many contraptions. This works! My wrist is straight, my fingers function normally. Went to pilates this morning and could do so many things I have never been able to do before. Wish it were cuter and wish I could use it while cooking and doing dishes…pls make a plastic version for the kitchen.

    Made Specifically for Wrist Drop!
This brace does exactly what it says. It helps to pull your fingers back that have lost strength so that you can use them and strengthen them until your radial nerve deals itself. This has been going on for 3 months for myself but my hand is getting stronger in the mobility is getting better each and every day and I don’t even use his brace every day but definitely use it when I am going to be doing lots of stuff I’m not allowed to lift anything over 5 lbs with this hand.It is pricey but like I said it is specifically made for wrist drop and it does what it says and is built very well it’s comfortable to wear but be aware to wear something you stretch over or just put it over your clothing.Again don’t let the price fool you You pay what you get for and this is definitely a piece of equipment that will help you with your wrist drop!

    Hurts!
I purchased this splint when I came down with drop wrist. It arrived with a page of instructions, explained by pictures. If you follow the steps you will be able to get the splint on. In the beginning, it was difficult to do it alone. I had to take it slow and easy until I got the hang of it.The finger loops dig into your fingers, and after awhile, your fingers get so sore that you have to take the brace off. I bought some cotton balls, and broke them up placing them in the finger loops to cushion the strings and it made it more comfortable. I couldn’t wear the brace at night because the velcro strap that holds the strings together always comes off, and the back of the brace presses into the back of my hand causing discomfort.I wore the brace for eight hours a day, doing drop wrist exercises learned on you tube (I couldn’t get any appointments to see a doctor) and within two months I got full movement of my fingers back. What was encouraging was that after a few weeks, and wearing the brace, I was able to slowly type on a computer keyboard.I believe the brace helped, but due to the terrible discomfort caused by this brace to my fingers and to the top of my hand, I am giving this only one star.

    Hurts after prologed use
These are nice to get some finger movement aspect if that is what you are looking for, but the elastics dig into your fingers and start to hurt if you wear them too long

Works as advertised but very uncomfortable
PROS:- If you have radial nerve palsy causing wrist drop, you absolutely cannot use your fingers. My full time job requires me to sit a computer and before this brace, I could not type or use a mouse. This brace does make that possible and I can actually use the mouse and keyboard enough to work.- The finger lift is genius and unlike a traditional brace, helps keep the whole hand straight- The finger lifts are made of an elastic cord so it can actually help do finger lift exercises to promote healing (since with RNP you cannot lift your fingers without assistance)CONS:- The wrapped metal brace that sits on top of the wrist is VERY uncomfortable. It curves inward and literally digs/pushes into the top of the wrist and actually hurts. I tried putting a piece of fabric to help cushion it, but doesn’t really help- While the finger lifts are genius, your fingers hang on the cords in a way that eventually cause your fingers to fall asleepOverall, if you have RNP have wrist drop and are unable to lift your fingers- I would absolutely recommend you purchase this-ESPECIALLY if your job requires you to type/use a mouse. It really changed that for me- so that really does deliver as advertised. What isn’t entirely true is the claim of comfort. You absolutely cannot wear this all day and night as the top of the brace actually starts hurting your wrist after a short time.My recommendation would be to only wear it when you need to work (or if you want to exercise your fingers) and for no more than 2 hours at a time– take it off, give your hand a rest and stretch for a while, then put it back on.

Better than the hospital splint!!! Actually healing with this product
I’m Amazed by this product as the hospital gave me a splint which was very uncomfortable and so I found this product which you can adjust it actually gives a certain amount of Mobility back it allows for healing and like others say you can remove it if it comes uncomfortable. This is comfortable enough that I sleep with it On Loosely at night and it helps so much to the point where I can actually grab the clutch on my motorcycle but due to the radial nerve palsy I can’t use the blinkers but that’s a huge Improvement from not even being able to hold on to anything at all and being completely limpJust like others stated there was a small issue with the top brace but the seller is great and what you let them know they will send out a replacement free of charge otherwise I highly recommend this brace to anybody with radial nerve palsy it has been a huge help to my recovery I’m still recovering but I could see a large difference in this product that’s $100 verse the hospital splint that they want $1,633.50 for… yes that is not a joke sadly.Five stars because of the product the quality and the customer service

Product did not work as expected. Too pricey. The quality of product, packaging and institutions were quite low. Unfortunately I returned the product.
