Great K2 supplement
This is my favorite K2 supplement. The capsule size is on the smaller side so it is very easy to swallow. I started taking K2 to help with my absorption of Vitamin D since I am severely deficient. It has helped tremendously. This brand is one of my favorite vitamin brands there is! I take several different supplements that are by this company.

Complements Vitamin D3 Getting Calcium Where It Needs To Go
I started taking this six months ago to supplement Vitamin D3 in transporting calcium out of the blood and into bones and teeth where it should be directed. Of course, I won’t know its effectiveness until I have another DEXA scan in a year, but from what I have read it really cannot hurt, especially at the reasonable price. The capsules have no taste and are easy to swallow. I chose this brand from Bronson after reading reviews on the company and their product is made from non-GMO sources. Even though is may be too early to tell on the effectiveness, it certainly doesn’t seem to be hurting. I’ve ordered several refills since my initial purchase.

Seems Good
I recently had to begin taking prescription vitamin D because of low blood levels. I read up on the topic and learned that there is some evidence that K2 is synergistic with vitamin D3. There is also some low/moderate quality evidence that K2 might help with calcium regulation in the body (keep it from arteries), though this is not universally accepted by experts. There have been no large randomized trials proving it (just smaller studies). But since K2 has no known side effects, even in larger doses, I think there’s nothing to lose trying it. (If in doubt, always consult your doc).As for this specific Bronson brand, I see no issues. Bronson does not have their products third party certified (USP, NSF, etc.) but that’s expensive and the cost is passed onto the consumer. There are solid supplement companies out there who choose not to do so – it doesn’t mean their products are of low quality. Bronson products are made in USA, which is reassuring. From all the reviews I have read, Bronson has a lot of long time customers who have never had issues. I believe ConsumerLabs has tested Bronson products and found them to be of good quality. And the price is really nice.

Keeps my numbers right
After testing, these are doing the job. I’m probably on my 4th bottle and won’t change.
