Replacement Watch
The wristband on our watch broke after a few months, but the company sent us out a new one right away. Very grateful for the quick turnaround.

Useful and expandable
Took a bit to figure out setup but satisfied with results. We use 2 call buttons per treatment table and receiver identifies which room it is. Just added two more call buttons to system.

Didn’t fit my needs but seller was great
Edited: Seller promptly sent the digital manual but I really didn’t want a watch type caller so I returned it. Can’t really offer a review since I didn’t try it out. I have ordered their pager style instead. But seller was very nice about it all.Old review:I have no idea how to set this up. If you try to use youtube to find a video, I couldn’t find one of this item. Why does a seller ship something this complicated without a manual? Very disappointed.

Call button
This is so amazing. I use it in my clinic when someone is getting an IV drip.

Easy to use
What an amazing way to keep track of patient care not to mention peace of mind knowing they are one push away from getting the help that they need. Great buy!! Great price. Big smile

Has to be charged every day
My daughter bought this for me as I am the caretaker of my 84 yr old mother with dementia. It’s a great idea but bad execution. The watch has to be charged every day, and the button does not work while it’s taking several hours to charge. Defeats the purpose of knowing when my mother needs me. In the instructions booklet the picture of the watch with the description of the buttons was so small that I had to take a photo and blow it up to read it. Use of the product is OK only when it’s not on the charger. Value for the money, not at all. I’m currently shopping for another product that actually works the way it should

The concept is great but…
I purchased this device for a bed-ridden friend so that she could alert her husband when he was out of
