Fantastic system, easy to use.
This system was perfect to facilitate caring for my dad. I bought two complete units so I could leave the receivers in different rooms. I was able to attach the call buttons to the bed rails on either side with a separately purchased lanyard and clip for easy access. These units paired easily and set up was a breeze. The volume and selections of melodies were great. I am severely hearing impaired, and I didn’t miss one nighttime call due to being able to select an alert tone that I could hear with my challenges. I was able to have a more restorative rest without worrying that I would miss a call.

Excellent Caregiving Device
I am very satisfied with the ease of use and the high quality of this caregiving call system. My mother-in-law took a terrible fall and had to come live with us to recover. This device was exactly what we needed to make things easier for her care. It has a call button that she can wear around her neck, or like we did, can be attached to the wall or furniture and comes with the sticky patch. We put it near her bed since she is bedridden. The call box portion can be worn on yourself as it comes with a clip, making it portable, or you can set it down as you work or cook on the stand it also comes with. The range is excellent, even in a 2=story home. We have no issues hearing it when she pressed the button and it also has a volume adjuster. You can choose from a variety of songs and ring tones. It is easy to get started right out the box after a brief charge (it took 1 hour to charge but may be faster). I found the cord it came with is slow and I opted to use by own charging cord. The call button portion takes a CR2032 battery button which it already has, but you should keep some on hand. They are not expensive. This is an excellent device. A great value for the peace of mind it brings for both the caregiver and the loved one it serves.

It offers many ringtones and an adjustable volume. I could hear the sound from my room even while working in the kitchen. Another option would have been to clip it on my clothes or hang it on my apron since the weight is fine, but I didn’t do that because my space is limited.I tested the pager system from one room to another and found it reliable.The call button feels durable and easy to use, though I had difficulty attaching the lanyard. It wasn’t easy to put on at first, but when I finally did, I realized it may be designed that way to prevent seniors from opening the back of the button and disrupting its function.It would be a challenge for someone with dementia, who might forget they have it or fail to use it, but it is great for all other patients who need care and attention.

Reliable and Easy-to-Use Alert System
This is a great device for caregivers who can’t be at a patient’s bedside all day. It works exactly as expected and is extremely easy to use—literally ready to go right out of the box.To be honest, I didn’t buy it for its intended purpose. We run a store and needed a simple way to signal someone in an adjacent building during emergencies. Pressing a button is much quicker than making a phone call, and this system fits the bill perfectly.The ringtone is very loud (volume is adjustable), and there are 38 different tones—mostly melodies. Some are a bit over-the-top or annoying, in my opinion, but others might enjoy the variety.The receiver has a built-in rechargeable battery (USB-C cable included), and the transmitter uses a common CR2032 battery. The range is excellent—we’re using it from the ground floor of a 6-unit building to the top floor of a neighboring two-family house, and it works flawlessly.Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it for anyone needing a reliable and easy alert system.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This caregiver paging system has been an absolute game-changer for our home. Disappointing range but good features.
So to start off the good. Solidly built, good battery life, great selection of chimes, multiple alert settings (lights, vibration, chime) and easy to set up. Comes with hardware to use as clip on, lanyard, or permanent mounting.The bad. Terrible range, could not cover a mid size home, let alone if someone was in the yard. No acknowledge alert button, so if you have a long chime just be prepared to listen to the whole thing every time. Volume resets to Max every time it is turned on (very loud).I had high hopes for this as it is larger and much more solidly built then the current “alert” button and receiver I am currently using, but the short range makes this unusable for my situation. Perhaps it would work for monitoring someone just 1 or two rooms away, but for true functionality the company needs to put in a bigger antenna, or perhaps longer range transmitter. Can’t say it is worth it due to the range limitation.
