Great product!
This product is amazing! Yes, it can be a little bit of a challenge to program it, but take it step by step and you will do it just fine. We have been able to place them all around my mom’s house. We live in the garage apt. Several feet away and the buttons are still able make the alarm sound. Fantastic product. Thank you!

Terrible product.
User’s Guide impossible to understand, could never get any of the 5 ringtones to sound for any of the 10 pagers. Two of us spent several hours trying to set this product up, neither of us succeeded. Guide says a function can be set from 1 to 999, the screen shows 000 to start, push the up button 9 times you get 009, push it a 10th time and it rolls over to 000. We still aren’t sure what the guide means by “set time” — probably means set how long the ringtone sounds, but as we could never get a ringtone, we’re not sure. The guide begins with “Entering setting mode” for each function, we still don’t know how to do that, it’s never explained. And so on and on and on … an infuriatingly muddled product.

Covers a great distance, loud… Only a few minutes to set up…..Would recommend.

Hard to set up
I got this because my mother gets dizzy spells and we wanted to have it so that if she gets dizzy there will be these call buttons for her to get help. But the overall idea is great but honestly I could not get it to work as the instructions say. I got fustrated but I am going to try and see if I can find a video on it. But it is hard to set up fyi

Handy!
These really come in handy for co-care givers. I can take a button with me while I’m gardening so that my disabled room mate can be informed if I need help. They can also inform me if they need assistance.
