Great product and an easily neutralized heartburn with milk!
This really does help with blood pressure and blood sugar. I noticed that I got a tiny bit of heartburn, but it was totally neutralized with a small glass of milk right away. It took about 3hrs before I got any heartburn, but having two kinds of pepper and Apple cider vinegar will definitely do it. Otherwise it’s really amazing and I bought another bottle for half price on Amazon. Great value and really great product! I’ve only been using it for three days, but have significantly noticed a difference. It gave me extra energy so I would recommend it in the morning with a meal and glass of water. Will buy again for sure.

Loved it until I didn’t
I absolutely loved this product. I could tell a distinct difference in my energy level and appetite after the very first dose. I felt so much better. It did give me slight heartburn within the first few days but nothing bad. Heartburn isn’t usually a problem for me, but after about 7 or 8 days of taking this I woke up in the middle of the night with the worst heartburn/acid reflux you can imagine. It felt like there was a fire in my belly that ran up my esophagus, burned my throat, made my ears and nose burn. It was horrible. I’m going to try and take one a day instead and see what happens because I really love this product. I’m hoping for the best because but if that doesn’t work it’s time to move on to something different.

No longer a skeptic about this!
I started taking this and could feel the difference. This morning my BP was high and then remembered that I forgot to take this. Three hours later after taking it, I felt so much better and took my BP again. It was within normal range. It seems to be helping me for my BP.

Not sure if it helped me but it gave me severe heart burn about 10 mins after I took it tat would last about an hour.
