Arrived quickly, easy to set up, works well and stays cold. Size makes it easy to move, no issues with leakage.

Excellent cold therapy machine and great customer service!
This ice therapy machine works great. The knee pad gets cold very quickly, and the ice easily lasts a full 24 hours, so I don’t have to constantly refill it. It’s lightweight, portable, and super easy to use. I love that it has a timer and a remote control, so I can adjust it without having to get up. The pad is very large, which not only works perfectly for the knee but could also be used for the lower back, shoulder, or hip if needed. It fits well and secure. I have had zero issues with leaking, which makes it completely mess free. I also plan on freezing water bottles instead of using loose ice to make the cold last even longer and make cleanup easier. On top of that, the customer service is amazing, very responsive and helpful. This has been a huge help with pain and swelling after surgery. Highly recommend for anyone recovering from a knee injury or surgery.

Affordable cold therapy machine that keeps water cold for hours
This is a great affordable ice therapy machine!Bought for use after a total knee replacement.It’s portable and keeps the water cold for hours. I use frozen water bottles instead of ice. It’s silent so falling asleep with the machine running isn’t a problem. I’ve had no issues with the connections leaking, just make sure it “clicks” when attaching tubes. Great option to buy instead of renting! Great customer service! Just email with any questions and they are always quick to respond!

Like the compact size but did not cool well. My daughter had full knee replacement. I purchased a Breg Chryo Cuff for her upstairs bedroom and this unit for her 1st floor. This unit is marginal at best. Tried to use 1 time. Immediately decided to return.

Best thing to have when you have a total knee replacement. From the design to the ease of use. The cooler bag keeps the ice cold for a good 24 hrs. It had a timer so you can set up how long you want it to pump cold water. Comfortable to have on. Easy to clean. Then they have the best customer service. When you have questions or concerns they respond very quickly. So glad I spent the money and invested in this product.

Forget the old school ice packs, this unit is a game changer
I can’t say enough about how effective a product this therapy unit is, and how helpful and efficient online customer service has been. I’m convinced the convenience and large cooling wrap of this machine, instead of separate ice packs and sleeves and ace bandages, helped me recover from TKR as quickly as I did. This product is totally worth it’s very reasonable price!
