Feels good! Nice length
This feels great on my sprained wrist. It comes out of the freezer a bit too cold to wear so I lay it on my wrist like a weighted wrap for about a minute. It feels like my healing has improved since I started wearing this. I wear a wrist brace when I am not using the cooling sleeve. It is cold only maybe 10 minutes but frequent short doses of cold work well for me. I like that it extends up my forearm to where my tendon joins the muscle because my pain was that whole length. My wrist is tiny so I chose the small size. I have to fold my thumb in to put it on but then it is comfortable to wear.

Perfect!
Bought this one for my daughter who works at a computer all day! She pulled something and as I love this brand was excited to see they had this. The size was perfect and she was able to sleep comfortably and it also offered support so she wasn’t in pain working. Thanks again ComfiTECH!!!

Works great! Fit is good and you can move around while wearing it. Gets cold in the freezer fast. Lasts for at least 30 minutes. Love that this goes around your thumb and gets the whole palm

Stays cold
I liked the ease of slipping it on ,it being comfortable, soft on your skin. And it stays cold for awhile. However it was too cold for me sometimes, maybe because I’m diabetic and having circulation issues. But I would recommend this for anyone who needs cold for swelling, pain, inflammation. It does really well for these issues.

Doesn’t stay cold long
It feels good but isn’t going to help permanently. I got the medium but it’s pretty loose on my hand and arm, even swollen, but it’s comfortable. It’s only really cold for maximum 10 minutes. I don’t know if that’s because I’m in Texas and it’s hotter, but it’s a little frustrating to have to put it in the freezer so often. Maybe getting two is the answer so once getting cold while the other ones on?
