Perfect after a PT day.
I had ankle surgery and needed to ice it often post-rehab. It’s the perfect amount of cold when wearing a sock. I have having some nerve sensitivity after my surgery so anything too cold bothered me so the sock helped. It lasts a while out the freezer but be mindful to not use it for too long in one sitting. Super easy to use, comfortable, and a great design with the two strap locations. It secures it very well. It’s not heavy and is great when just sitting with your foot propped up. Great quality overall and glad I found it.

Great Coverage and Stays Cold
This ankle ice pack is amazing! I bought it to use after the cast was off from my ankle surgery, so I never tried to use it over the cast. I wear a size 41 Eur (approx. size 9 US women’s) and with just a plain cotton sock on my foot, this wraps securely on both sides of my ankle joint, the front and back of my ankle, under my foot, and on top of my foot. Basically, all parts of my foot and ankle joint get iced, which is exactly what I needed!All the other packs I tried had a gap somewhere that wasn’t getting the relief I needed. As you can see in the photos, not only does the blue icy part of the pack wrap completely around my foot and ankle, but the longer straps help cinch it down tight so you can really feel the chill.This pack is very cold when it comes out of my chest freezer! You definitely need a sock between it and your skin. I only ice for 10 minutes, and it stays plenty cold the entire time and even longer.

I like these. They are fully adjustable and fit a variety of sizes. However the top of ankle area is not covered as much as the picture shows. They work for what I need, so that doesn’t bother me. It holds my ice bag in place, and that’s what I needed.

Great Support & Cold Therapy
I used this after breaking my foot and spraining my ankle—worked like a charm. The wrap stayed in place, provided firm support, and the cold packs helped control swelling and pain. Comfortable to wear and easy to use. Definitely worth it for injury recovery!

Perfect Ice pack!
This ice pack was a game changer for icing after my bunionectomy (and would be great for any other foot related surgery or injury). Since it’s a gel ice pack you can mold it to your foot and secure it in place with the Velcro straps. And, it only needs 1-hour to freeze and seconds to heat it up.

Ice cold
This has helped me so much. It stays cold for a long time. It is good quality and forms to the foot well even when frozen. I would not put it directly on the skin obviously. It definitely has helped me with swelling and foot pain.For complete transparency if you have a bandage that you cannot get wet I suggest putting a plastic bag over it. It does have some condensation accumulation. Which I feel like all Ice packs do. And if that’s the only complaint I can come up with I will take it.I like that it also shows you the place to put your foot, just in case it’s not known

Mixed feelings
Depends on what you buy it for. I wanted it more for the heating aspect which is disappointing. Heats unevenly and cools down fast. If you’re looking for the cold aspect, it works great. Stays cool a long time. Since it was fairly inexpensive, I will keep it for the cold usage.
