Great the Knee
I’ve used this about a month now on my knee and the size is good for going around 2/3 of my knee / leg wrapping lengthwise. It easily covers 1-2″ above and below my knee widthwise. It’s plenty flexible and moldable for frozen gel. It has 3 chambers that have small channels to one another and you can work the gel to distribute evenly or load up in another section. The pack stays cold out of the freezer for 30 minutes on, and after 60 minutes is still cool. It seems plenty durable and not prone to leaking with normal use, bending, folding, wrapping, squishing and pulling.The fabric side is quite soft and sticks to the velcro straps very well. The straps are stretchy and stick to the velcro. They have enough give that I haven’t felt that my circulation would be cut off putting them on snug enough to keep the pack on. The velcro is heavy duty, be careful of keeping it away from things you don’t want to snag because it will grab anything it can. I like the 2 strap option because they hold down the top and bottom, which keeps the pack in place when you walk around.

Oh, that feels so good!
While I haven’t used it for anything but icing my back, it has been done that job very well. The bands are certainly a plus for comfort, and the size is perfect. It stays cold for about a half hour, which is all the time I need. and the temporary relief from pain is so welcome. Definitely worth the cost for me.

Good ice pack
I don’t know why one of my other ice packs stays cool longer, but this works on my knees. The price was right and it’s still going strong. There is no leakage. The quality is good.

Great for shoulders
I ordered a few different ice packs for my shoulder for after surgery, and this was the one I liked the most. It was big, pliable, and stayed cold for a long time. I am not a small person, and this was plenty big enough for my shoulder.

Make a place in your freezer – you’ll want this on standby
For those that can’t get them to fit – attach one end of each of the velcro straps to the fuzzy side of the ice pack, put it in place and pull it around till it is snug. Don’t forget you can spiral it around a leg or arm to get the pack to form around the area you are treating. The strap will attach to itself or to the fuzzy side of the pack and works great.I got 2 of these because ice packs give a great deal of relief to the burning and itching of poison oak and poison ivy on my arms – and I got it good on both arms from my wrists to my short sleeve line, especially on the insides of my elbow and just above where the top of my gloves hit. This does the trick. Put them on (I am wearing them on each arm as I type) and really helps. I wear a light weight shirt between my skin and the pack because I don’t care for the feel of the vinyl side against my skin.I only wish I had got these sooner – they may have been a little heavy the first day or 2 after my knee surgery. but they would have been great when I was doing physical therapy

i bought a couple of other brands after my surgery, and this brand served me best. I had to ice my neck, and if any of you have ever tried, it can be a bit awkward, but this thing fit so well and didn’t interfere with everyday activities, not to mention the cold stayed for a long time. 10/10 would recommend.

I love this item. It is very easy to use. The size is perfect for my shoulder after having rotator cuff surgery. Velcro straps help keep it in place and can be moved and rearranged for almost anywhere you need an ice pack.
