**SEE UPDATE AT BOTTOM***This cooling shredded, foam pillow is one my favorite pillows! I’ve had many of these types of pillows (I have severe Rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia and these are the only type I use now as they’re the best for keeping my back, head and neck comfortable) and this is a fantastic one that’s very comfortable, supportive and adjustable!It comes rolled up in a vaccum sealed bag in a nice, sturdy box and has clear instructions. It takes 24-48 hours to puff back up and you can also put it in the dryer to really puff it up after that (you can also do this any time later on to bring it back to full fluff here and there, but daily puffing it up by hand when you make the bed works well).The pillow is well made and the outer zippered case really is cooling. You can really feel the difference just holding it, but the best part is while sleeping! I tend to sleep warm so a cool pillow that has the shredded fibers that conform to you is the BEST!This pillow not only has a well made zippered outer cooling layer, but there’s a well made zippered inner case that hold the shredded memory foam. I leave all of mine inside the pillow as I sleep on my back, slightly propped up due to joint damage, but I used to be a side sleeper. If the pillow is too full for your sleeping style then just remove some of the shredded memory foam and store the excess in a large ziplock bag for later or put inside a small zippered pillow case (I have two little zippered pillow cases the size of small throw pillows shaped like bed pillows that came with another shredded memory foam pillow, and they’re filled with shredded foam and great for putting under my arm while reading in bed or behind my head!).These pillows are easy to wash too and they fluff right back up after being in the dryer! I find that pillows like these last much longer than regular pillows as well, but I’ll come back and update if this one is any different. So far it’s exactly like others I have purchased and it was perfect timing as I needed a new pillow (I bought my last ones two years ago and these type just keep going and stay supportive as long as you put them in the dryer (usually for a little bit when the sheets are changed if we remember) and wash and dry every so often.****UPDATE****It turns oit that this pillow has the same outer case and cooling factor that my favorite pillows do, but once fluffed in the dryer it goes flat quickly and doesn’t stay if you give it a quick fluff. The two year old shredded foam pillows I bought as a pair are more supportive and they cost less for two than this single pillow did.This pillow is overpriced and doesn’t have enough filling for my needs. As stated previously, I sleep slightly propped up and it’s turning out to to go flat and have holey sections after awhile, plus it’s heavier, but not thickly filled, so it’s a pain to pull out from behind me and try to fluff up. All in all, I’ve returned to using my two uear old shredded microfiber pillows and will just buy another set of those.This pillow will be saved for someone who likes a flatter pillow or for extra filling. Shame, as the cover is exactly like my favorite pillows, but they chinced on the filler.I do not recommend for back sleepers, especially those that require good support.

Nice pillows, but only wash the removeable pillow cover, and not the inner pillow.
The pillows are nice, but there are conflicting instructions between the paper instructions that come in the box and the instruction label on the pillow case. The paper instructions read as follows: (1) Prep your pillow. (2) Fluff your pillow. (3) Customize. (4) Wash your pillow. Each step is explained more fully in smaller print, but these are the headlines. Step 4 goes on to read, “Remove the outer cover before washing. Machine wash in a gentle cycle with like colors. Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean.” The instructions on the pillow case are as follows:”CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Air product prior to use. Inner Foam: Do not machine wash or hand wash. Dab clean with a mild detergent solution. Dry flat in a warm location. Avoid direct sunlight. Avoid Immersing in water. If very wet may take days to dry completely. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Outer Cover: Remove the outer cover before washing. Warm gentle machine wash. Tumble dry warm. Warm iron if required. Dry cleanable.”I almost washed the pillow when I read the nicely printed instructions that were in a large font that were easy to read. I urge the manufacturer to clear up the conflicting instructions before someone ruins their new pillows.Like I said previously, the pillows are nice, but someone needs to look more closely at the wording on the care instructions. I took away one star for the conflicting instructions. We are pleased with the pillows, and I am grateful that I read the tag before I put them in the washing machine. They do seem to be a bit pricey.

I have horrible back and neck issues and for the price of these pillows I was horrified because I wake up every morning with the worst back pain and neck pain of my life. I will never again buy from this company meaning the pillow brand the pillows were too heavy And thick. They just weren’t for me.

This pillow is very comfortable! I love the fabric and feel of this!I love how nice the box is and I like that I can store it inside if I need to take it traveling or a sleepover.I love the padding inside and it feels like just the right amount of stuffing.This has a good height and is comfortable on my neck.I would order this again.

Memory foam squishy cool jel pillow heaven
Pros:• Comfortable memory foam• Bamboo and cool gel textured sides• Removable and washable pillowcaseCons:• The differences between the bamboo and the cool gel sides aren’t as drastically different feeling from each other.This is a wonderful pillow if you enjoy memory foam. It is cool to the touch on one side and smooth on the other. The difference in the sides aren’t t too drastic, but there is a smoother silk finish to the bamboo side, where as the cool gel side feels cool and has a little bit of a grain texture feel to it.It’s decently plush and plump but depresses nicely when you lay on it. For my bed, I use different contour pillows for my head and I throw this between my legs to give me a little bit of alignment between my knees. This is a very comfortable pillow.
