The belt arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. It seems well made, works fine, and adds a level of safety when helping my 90-year-old mother up and down stairs. I like the quick detach feature. I have seen the same products used by professionals in nursing homes and hospitals so they must stand up well and last a long time.
